@@areanah_j4250 yeah, it was the least problematic, but Ryle was just like every CoHoe man but there was said he is abusive when all the others are romanticized. CoHo romanticize Ryle so much that many people defending him and ''are in love with him'' after he abused and almost raped his wife
@@areanah_j4250 the problem with CoHo is that she’s quite problematic, she’s done quite a lot of… questionable things regarding allegations towards her son and also, her story lines are basically middle school WATTPAD stories, also mentioning that she uses LITERAL ABUSE as plot twists..? Also, not to say that she is so cheesy, really? Like a florist called LILY BLOSSOM BLOOM? Also, she literally sexualise Ryles WORK UNIFORM and they have sex in it multiple times which is bound to make people uncomfortable as he is a HEALTH worker and that’s just so unsanitary. Also, come on, Atlas barely does anything and people are falling head over heels for him, he literally is just there…
Literally same😬 just bcos a book is easy to read and you go through all of it in one day it doesn't mean it's the best book ever. And don't lemme start on how problematic CoHo is.
@@kennedy594 her books contain romantasized abuse, r-pe, romantasizations of incest, stalking, general misogyny, terrible gay representation, and more. Watch any video on yt by an actual author(not someone who reads because 'aestetic' and makes tiktoks about them) and not only will it be apparent that her writing sucks, but that she just hates women. Why else would the profits go to defending her son for S/A on a minor?
@@lamiarabiaa6924 If you search it up here on RU-vid there are a lot of deep dives. But in any case, If you are reading a book with a new/different author I suggest doing research!
I am currently reading confess and I absolutely love it so far. BTW u guys can argue all ya want but I love all Colleen hoover books and think she's an amazing writer
Love on the Brain. That good delivered it was my first Ali Hazelwood book and is the reason I have read every romance book to wrote and am trying to read the ones she co authored
LIST OF ALL THE BOOKS MENTIONED JUST IN CASE YALL COULDNT SEE 1) Rock paper scissors 2)Confess 3) Love on the Brain (personal fave) 4) The wall of Winnipeg and me 5) Things we never got over 6) Dial A for aunties (love this one) 7) The house across the lake 8) Two can keep a secret 9) A touch of darkness (CHEFS KISS)
@@Art3mis28 She romanticizes abuse and sexual abuse and uses those as plots, and she's VERY problematic, it would be better for you to research it yourself and form your own opinion about it, though. I'm going to be brutally honest, she writes like a 7th grader obsessed with Wattpad fanfics.
SMALL SPOILERS for the woods are always watching The woods are always watching is not bad but when i looked at the reviews on the back and saw "steamy romance" I THOUGHT I WAS GETTING LESBIANS IN THE WOODS BUT NOOO, it was borderline SA.
I feel like im one of the only ones that did not enjoy Rock Paper Scissors. There was a good chunk of stuff in the book that just seemed like filler and the plot twist really wasn’t that thrilling for me. Overall, it felt like a pretty forgettable book which sucks because I really wanted to like it :(
