Hi Noni - I am sooooo excited to have found your site. My friend from Mexico introduced me to Thermomix 2 years ago and I have been building an obsession ever since. I have not purchased one as of yet - but after watching this video - not only am I purchasing - but I will be attending a meeting in Canada on how to become a Consultant. I am on a mission for my family to live a healthier lifestyle and this just sealed the deal! I will be following you and definitely your program. Thank you for answering all of my questions :)

Thanks Noni. Such great reasons to own a Thermomix especially the latest model! I resonated with all the reasons and love making things from scratch.

Hello Noni, I was watching someone else’s video and they said you can’t make your own meals you have to use the Recipes built in already?. I love making my own meals also. Just trying to make my mind up about what one is right for me. Thank you :)

Hi Raylene, that is definitely incorrect as you can absolutely make your own meals in the TM6! This is the way I cook mostly with my Thermomix too (and create THERMOfit recipes for others to follow this way too) Cookidoo is just one addition to the TM6 and there are so many manual modes that you can make your own with or just create your own recipes exactly how you would do with the older models TM31 & TM5. Here is another one of my videos around manual cooking that I share with my TM6 customers that will further show you what I mean. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-s8Lcjc1c4cc.html Let me know if you have any questions or anything else I can help with. Thanks Noni x

Hi Noni, I live alone and cook for 1. Can recipes be easily down sized? I know a lot of things can be frozen for later, but plenty of frozen food doesn’t taste the same as freshly made. I am looking for variety in my meals, (and I wouldn’t call myself a cook) and am sick of eating the same 3 or 4 unhealthy meals, day in, day out
@THERMOfit
@THERMOfit 2 года назад
Hi Michele, yes absolutely it can do small things/meals and large things. I also cook for 1 most of the time and use it for almost everything. The general rule of downsizing a larger recipe is reduce cooking time by 20%. And also think beyond the main meals but also all the prep and little things like milks, nut butters, jams, sauces, rice, caramelised onions, Granola, smoothies. Latte's, muesli bars etc. If you haven't already jump on to cookidoo.com.au and have a look at the recipes that they have 😀

Verywell informed great video. I could understand everything, but one. What is take a way, what are we taking a way and from what?
@THERMOfit
@THERMOfit Год назад
Hi, I think you might be referring to me meaning take out? Take away food meaning buying take out food from restaurants. Is that what you meant? Thanks

@@THERMOfit She never said take out, I know that is.. Never heard of it being called take a way. Sorry!

@TigerWild yes that's what I was clarifying, me saying take away means take out. That's what we call it in Australia 😊

Hi Noni. You’re lower Gold Coast. You near Tweed Heads? Can you be my consultant? I’m thinking of buying a new TM6. I’ve watched lots of RU-vid’s on the subject and yours also. Think I want one. Cheers, David

Hello, Noni, I wanted to ask, I want to buy this TM6, but wondering is it going to work in Lithuania as we have no consultants in this region? If I will buy from other (bigger) country am I will be able to see all the recipes online? I'm afraid they won't work because I bought from other country. Can I use a VPN and it won't be a problem somehow? It's expensive purchase for me so I don't want to loose all possibilities which TM6 has. Best regards, Lina
@THERMOfit
@THERMOfit 2 года назад
Hi Lina, It would just depend on if the country you will be buying from has the same voltage and plug fitting to the wall. For example, If I wanted to take my Thermomix to USA, I would need a transformer as well to change the voltage/current and the connection to the wall. The other thing to consider is that you may not have the warranty if anything is changed/modified. Being in Europe and so close to Poland where they definitely are sold, I would assume that you have the same voltage and the euro fitting plug to the wall is that right? So it might not be a big deal however you may not have the consultant care you normally would but in some other countries they actually sell it direct anyway without consultants so just have a look around and get in touch with Thermomix in those nearby countries to you and check it out. I'm not sure about the cookidoo recipe platform side of things but it could be just set to the home country that you purchased in. Hope that helps a little, good luck xx
@Lina-xh5rb
@Lina-xh5rb 2 года назад
@@THERMOfit thanks, yes plug ins is the same as poland, my only concern is about that cookido :) will it work in Lithuania as I will buy it from Poland :) but if there is possibility just to set it as homecountry separetly then it must work here in Lithuania also. Thanks for your kind anwer! ;)

I cook a lot in our air fryer and it takes up a lot of bench space. However prepared to get rid of that for this.

I hear air fryers are great and pair well with the thermomix but yes you can do lots more in a Thermomix so if it had to be just the one... where are you based? 🙂
