I’ve fighting the battle of consistency for years. Times and times again I kept on loosing it(even though each time it was longer and longer periods with no disruption). What I’ve learned in this about consistency? I’m pretty good at consistently being inconsistent. This time I decided to do some research on - is it actually possible to stay consistent all the time, without any weeks long breaks(not from RU-vid videos).
