The saddest thing is that Riot doesn't even care and i've seen plenty people actually getting banned because of hability haste gragas even thought it is just a feature to the game, this is the reason why Dark Souls is better.
For people that don't know, you need to get supp item lvl 3 and get lvl 13 before being able to do this build, and so, as you need to get 6 full items (no boots incluided) and be a support (not being able to farm) this is kind of the most rewarding and balanced thing ever Edit: Also tenacity can shred you 💀
@@primusavem934 Nah, Gragas E is a 0.5s Knock up and 1s stun at the same time, just like Sion full Q or Malphite R. First they knocked enemy up and then causing stun afterward. Which mean high tenacity can help u break free from this deadliest stun lock

Riven is so bad that she let the game drag on to 40 mins with Gragas getting full build while having the worst stats ever. Then she cries about Gragas "abusing* a bug

Riven: Cancels animations like 4 to 5 times per combo effectively abusing of that broken mechanic on every game into their way to master. Gragas: Builds all the ability Haste, due to his Q refunding 3 secs of cd everytime it hits it makes it spammable. Riven: Wait, thats illegal.

@@yan-zhilinn1402 It's not a bug, it's just that gragas get's 3 secs Cooldown back if he hits someone with his knockup, at high ability haste it's possible to make it almost Zero, in Urf, Gragas only get's one secound back to prevent perma cc from happening, so they know it perfectly well.
Fun fact : everytime NA or Korea gets an update, it takes a week for the patch to follow up in the PH server, so any bugs that happen on NA, will immediately be patched out before the update reaches the PH server. The only bug this year that the PH server encountered was the reksai delete bug.
dude he has barely no stats for a full build man, has to reach 200+ haste so he needs to be full build, this is all except OP lmao so he isn't abusing something at all, and, to reach this and play with it, it's an exploit

@@hank9499 not a bad design, that build is balanced, that ability haste mechanics only work when you get all six items, before that you will be squishy af + no damage which makes you very difficult to get gold, if the gragas managed to get this full build, it is just because the enemy feeds him for no reason and the enemies deserve to lose
Graves: cleanse doesnt work _actually, it works, you just used cleanse during the knockback and not on the stun part, which ever since shop revamp, cleanse no longer works on knock ups_ in short, you just fucked up terribly.
I mean it doesn’t matter anyway when the next knock back is rdy while you’re knock backed but let’s say you got that time window, gragas will e you and get you anyway if you tried to dash in any direction
