I'll be leaving Japan for South Carolina in the summer and plan to go up and check them out and get details on tours and stuff. So COngress is essentially a tier 7 Alaska.. Youll want to try and flank it if possible otherwise farm its superstructure.. She has a massive amount of HP allocated to SS and you can exploit that... also Not sure if it has a normal damage con or a Cruiser Damage Con meaning a 30second DC for cruisers or the 1 minute DC for normal if she has the 1 minute cooldown which leaves her vulnerable to HE spam.. Lastly she can only overmatch 21mm of bow plating meaning unless you are in a Cruiser with less than 21mm of armor you can bow tank it and burn it down with superior DPM.. Id say bow tank as you try and close the distance try to out maneuver her and get the flank her guns wont be able to keep up with many cruisers in a drive by scenario.. use HE to farm it as you approach then use AP on its side.. If you absolutely have to just use your mobility and agility to keep distance and burn it down over time and dodge the shells as it has a slow reload.

@@SpartanElite43 Thanks for the info next time I see one well hit SS, as I had no clue what to do, In fact when I saw her said what is a BB doing in Cruiser only brawl before she set me back to port. Never seen her before to which I find strange, Now I mostly play Tier 5 or under, but I do go into Tier 6 I should see it once in awhile as 6 gets matched with tier 5 and 7 along with 6, I wonder if not to many got her so few are in the wild so to speck, and agree Tier VII Alaska. Also to me Alaska, and Congress are Battlecruisers I mean 12in guns that is Arkansas main gun, and they load faster I think, this game needs a Battlecruiser/BC line,
