My favorites as well - It’s so sad that I often have to avoid the shrimp entrees. While I am often ok enough if I eat it because it’s such a mild allergy, we just don’t chance it and avoid the shrimp if possible. Long story short my tongue will mildly swell and get small bumps/rash - but it’s so mild that we would cook shrimp at home all the time and barely noticed until we made a really good risotto at home and my tongue started feeling a bit of a swell and I noticed bumps all over. So since then we have just avoided it for me and/or pack a Benadryl. But the Benadryl will make me very drowsy so it’s just best to avoid it so I don’t have to make myself sleepy just to eat something shrimpy. Food allergies suck. Especially when it’s a food you enjoy 😡 -Paul

This was by far one of the best Italian meals I have had. While a lot of people associate Italian food with our American Italian favorites, seafood is a huge part of Italian cuisine and Amalfi really blew us away with it ❤️

This footage was filmed on Christmas Eve when we were staying at Caesars Palace. We specifically planned this one on Christmas Eve because it’s an Italian tradition to do a seafood meal and if we are going for Italian seafood, what better day for seafood than Christmas Eve. This week we did release this footage re-edited and recut into a shorter segment of our “Every Bobby Flay restaurant” video, but thank you so much for watching the original as we feel this one is a bit more in depth. -Paul
