I think people are looking into it more than they need to. What I took from Ange’s substitution comments simply meant “we can’t make 11 subs”.

I think Ange knew the team wasnt up for it after half time. They got complacent. Do you think in the half time team talk Ange said, ok manage the game, ease off the pedal? No way in the world, he would have told them to put the game to bed and score more. The players didnt respond, they thought they'd already won it. I have compared the results so far this season to the same fixtures last season (I subbed Leicester away for Luton away, which we won 1-0). This season: 14-8, 10pts. Last season: 12-16, 10pts. This season we have had a lot of fixtures which we struggled with last season. We have struggled less (scoring more, and conceding half as much), and have been unlucky imo not to have more pts. This frustration is unfortunately what improvement feels like. At least we are frustrated with these nearly results, than cold and empty with the demolitions we sat through last season....COYS?

It’s a serious project to repair after years of negligence. If Ange made changes after the first goal, like take off udogie, Romero and bentancer. It could have possibly changed the game. But you would have to be an absolute wizard to predict that these are the players who would let you down the most after conceding - almost everyone would think it madness and if you went on to loose anyway - the whole team lacked desire! - Ange would defs be liable.
