BLUELOCK's newest character, Charles Chevalier is one of the BEST players we've seen in the series and has so much potential. Being only 15 years old, the young prodigy has been promising with the so few chapters we've got of him, so in today's video I'll be analyzing Charles' abilities, feats, and development, to determine if he is New Gen XI level.
