@@GhostBrian I got a bad rep myself because I paid 200$ for a N64+ Original Controller, and AV to HDMI Cables. When A N64 retailed for 199$ USD when released. I dunno people just upset knowing you're getting quality and satisfaction + the 120 Day return policy. Whereas finding stuff like this Individually would costed more + extra in just Shipping alone. . I rather get my stuff from one source than having to rely on individual yet questionable sellers in the first place, also I won't be getting my stuff shipped on the same day, some would of took days / weeks / even months to ship. I'm getting everything shipped to me in the same day in the same box, bubble wrapped and protected.

Ofc it’s the prices it’s not like they make them anymore at least when you buy it you can blame them for having faulty items but I haven’t seen anyone in YT or any platform rant about it or showed proof

McDonald's was originally family owned until some guy bought their business. However, Dkoldies Is family owned but they allow people outside of the family to get the job if asked.
Saw the comments on pricing, went to their website…woooow. Unless all their products come in original boxes, complete , in mint condition, it’s a hard pass for me. They are almost double to triple in prices compared to my local stores and other online sources.

Have you tried saving money? I know some people don’t have any left to save after rent, bills, and groceries, so I got nothing for that, but patience is key if you’re able to save.

I've never really understood the focus on the price for DKOldies as a critique. I guess I've just managed to be really frugal and avoided going for high priced items, but their customer service and selection is waaaay better than GameStop so this isn't a great comparison. I've not focused on selling games to them though - I think most people nowadays should just try to sell their games themselves.
Buyers increase prices* if buyers aren’t willing to pay certain prices then sellers have to lower them. The prices of video games went up because of demand. It’s simple demand & supply. Also every business pays Pennies for anyone walking in to sell their items, they have to resell it
@@nickrm7 kinda? The main reasons the price of current, not retro, video games have gone up are inflation and the effort to produce has gone up. As technology increases its capabilities games go up in complexity. The only counter example I can think of is homage indie games.

Being a family owned business doesn't excuse the overcharged price tags, when a billion dollar corporation and local retailers can get away and leave a bigger impact with it for selling them for 3× less the price

I just tried to sell them a bunch of ps2 games most for $1 and $.50 and they told me we were wayyyy off on a price! It’s laughable because I see the same games on the site for like $18-$30 it’s nuts
The main thing that gets me is false advertising and ridiculously high prices way above market value. If you are going to advertise as refurbished then actually do a refurbish job. Also if you’re going to give a third party controller, disclose that as well. The countless videos of people getting dirty consoles with scuffs and scratches that are advertised as refurbished makes it very hard to trust a company like this, especially at these prices.
I rock with dkoldies any order I've made has been pure quality. Worth it not having to search the globe for a certain title that may or may not even work or actually be CIB. I know what I'm getting from DK, Appreciate you guys.
