Living in the mountains and settling down in the Himalayas may sound like a dream but there are tradeoffs to that lifestyle as well. To answer your question at 17:44, I was born and brought up in shimla and have lived through and seen all that I could in the past 18 years but still once in a while I stumble upon a small clearing in the woods below my house in the most urban parts of shimla, look at the sky during the golden hour, watch the sunset from my balcony, walk through the khets in my native village(s) (chopal and arki) and think to myself wow this place is really something else. So although the beauty is a part of our lives but still it manages to amuse us daily.

Marvelous...You have rightly said that a place is known by its people out there..This tiny village, Reog is having a countable no of habitants..So much social bonding exists that it's not available in bigger cities or metros..They know eachother by names.. The couple, Aakash and Martha seems to have some quality time at their disposal and are enjoying It..You can stay at such a place only when you relish it like enjoying experience of carrying water from bavli..Nice video Abhishek....

Stayed in Shimla for 3.5 years , it is really different from all other hill stations , you really need a Shimla mindset to stay there.
