Thunderhawk is so much fun! People either seem to love it or hate it (like mark lol). I think it is lots of fun, though. I think they priced the fast lane at MA so low compared to the other parks because MA rarely sees any crowds.
I only love the SLC's that have the vest restraints, those are actually very comfortable and fun (Nopuko at Lost Island and Riddler at SFNE)! Otherwise, I'm usually walking off the normal SLC's in pain (either shoulder or neck pain) with the same restraints as Thunderhawk
@@themeparkmark1 Very understandable. I haven't ridden any of the vest SLCs, only Thunderhawk at MA. The restraints are definitely uncomfortable, but I still find the ride enjoyable.
Your videos highlight the large differences between Cedar Fair parks and Six Flags. But I did see that when I visited CP a few weeks ago. Also, I’ve implemented your saying, “we don’t wait in lines that aren’t moving.” I kept this in mind while at Canada’s Wonderland when Leviathan was down temporarily.
Welcome to the Mitten! Cedar Point had a deal for us Michiganders that gives us half off tickets. It's actually almost cheaper to go there than Michigan's Adventure believe it or not.
Nice video! I absolutely agree that Fast Lane is most effective for log ride and wild mouse! Also Grand Rapids can get pretty long without a Fast Lane. Fast Lane is also great for marathoning Timbers, as the exit is right near the FL entrance (similar to the Beast). Thanks for the video - great to see you visiting MI Adventure these days!
Worst Cedar Fair park. Rides are painful, and the ride ops even worse! My wife's dad is 20 min away when we visit him from Detroit...So I need this park as a getaway outlet no matter how crappy I think it is

Michigan's Adventure is an incredible place but the log ride is awful. Make it an indoor dark ride with massive DC theming and it's something to talk about.
