You can have neutral compatibility, don't love 'em, don't hate 'em... That is probably Sidney. Being friends is harder with bad compatibility, easier with good, neutral, not either one.

Do you own tiny living? Because once she finishes the renter aspiration you could move Franny into a micro home with the double skill gain and it could help with the skills a lot

I know its late. But gettibg a pet to break a rule would be cool. After that she moves to a tiny house with the pet to start living all by her own

I think if your sim is in a bad mood you’re more likely to dislike the skill you’re working on. Try bettering her mood before working skills so she’ll like more of them
