@@harkerroland9750 Lol! Not actually whaling on this, I'd been saving wishes for a long time for Childe. I'd only intended to get him once more, but my luck was actually kinda insane on this. Yeah, I spent like 90 wishes, got Childe twice and Jean once and only got Freminet right at the end, but that's pretty insane as far as my luck goes. Usually I have to hit at least soft pity to get anything. XD
I feel like I'm one of the few who loves the desert lol. Even before the underground map, I 100% the whole area. Tbf, it's pretty big and hard to explore but since there are dry patches before 4.0 it gave me a lot of time since I have nothing else to do in game anyways

Zyox is right tho. He is literally the only genshin streamer I watch now. I just find that Zyox is the most entertaining to watch and I mean the views literally prove it. He has the highest view compared to other genshin streamers. Not saying that other genshin streamers are boring or not entertaining but just don't really feel like I wanna watch their stream. I still watch like atsu and tuonto but on like their youtube channel not their stream.
100% true. Zyox is out here giving out highly polished guides, entertaining streams better than 90% of the genshin streamers, while rest of the bunch always do shit like "giving away welkins if they catch my hutao's #$$^@^". Like bro, the community is over with that shit like it's from freaking 729BC. Genshin can be an entertaining game as well and Zajeff and Zyox are proving it.

i've really been enjoying freminet and he's been doing a decent amount of damage but that might also be because the game is obsessed with giving me weapons/artifacts that would be great on eula. lost on the weapon banner to eula's weapon and two of my highest crit value artifacts are a physical damage pale flame goblet and a cryo damage pale flame goblet. overworld exploration is super fun with him
I got Freminet under 20 pulls by standing outside his house with Lyney and Lynette. Wouldn't have minded getting constellations for Childe but I'm glad the boy came home early so I can save for Furina
I’m also a fan of Dragonspine, but only for the music. Playing through that area without Pyro but with Hydro was a mistake cause I kept putting out the fires and I couldn’t light them again lol
Also, like, not every square foot of land needs to have an ugly ass puzzle sticking out of it. It's ok for an area to not be sensory overload tiktoks for babies 100% of the time. You can walk a little. I'm really fed up with modern open world design that thinks it needs to pack it's maps full of stuff every few seconds of walking, it stops anything from feeling special, and makes the world feel tiny.

Me but with Kaveh 😂 I was watching Kaveh/Baizhu pulls on YT and a bunch of peeps couldn't get Kaveh before Baizhu/Ganyu I got C4 Kaveh day one, and then somehow got C6 on the last weapon banner (Lyney/Yelan)

I think Inazuma is one of the most visually appealing regions, but actually exploring it feels like a chore. Sumeru non-desert looks great AND is fun to explore!
All the initial islands suck big time. The misty island is fine and enkanomiya is good, seirei is once again bad. A lot of the quests have horrible design locked behind waiting sometimes up to 7 real life days to complete which discourages bingeing the region to catch up. A lot of exploration is locked behind either progressing quests which you are locked out off or progress in systems like the sakura tree. Almost every puzzle in inazuma is designed to be annoying or "hard" first with fun often not being even considered. The mondstadt/liyue exploration by comparison is very easy and relaxing with puzzles at most having a small thinking portion with very low execution requirements. Inazuma stuff will be needlessly complex with bad explanations of the puzzles and if you somehow miss 1 piece of the puzzle like in a "connect the lightning from point A to B" puzzle then you will get frustrated. Lots of annoying environmental hazards.
I would say people say so, because, for now, Inazuma's stuff locked behind quest lines. While I think the main world quests are good, that one last released island gave me a nightmares because I needed to finish quest line just so I could have Thoma materials.
Sure, it's visually appealing and cool looking, but when almost all of the island have something hidden with quests that say too much words sometimes, I feel like I get why people wouldn't like it. (Not to mention these zones literally killing you, not just being different)
i don't get why everyone says the inazuma archon quest is bad tbh... especially considering that raiden shogun story quest act II is widely loved. i know some people complain about how rushed the archon quest story felt, but if that's the only problem people had with the storyline, a lot of that seems to kinda be resolved by act II of ei's quest. i guess in my mind i just think of the story quest as an extension of the archon quest.

No, they punish you with damage, not death, so you actually have to git gud and pay attention there. There is a way to slow it down, but no way to just remove it, which I dig. The withering zone in old Vanarana feels pathetic cuz you can only access that place when you start a quest, but after that quest is finished the zone is just gone. Dragonspine is a well designed area to explore, but not to sit around and chill. For people that like putting effort, thats a good thing.
Well, I like snow locations a lot (considering the rest of the game is mostly grass and rocks) and I found heat mechanic pretty sweet. It forced me to to think fast and since it was a time when not everything died with a few abilities, it was intense and engaging mechanic. Which also made me used pyro charas more because previously I neglected them. AND it's music.
That area tier list was based until they dissed desert, I don't understand how people can sing the praises of Mondstadt lite and then shit on the actually new inventive beautiful and interesting part of Sumeru. Don't get me wrong I love mondstadt dearly but they could have just expanded mondstadt instead of doing whatever "rainforest" sumeru was supposed to be. Trash region, also the aranyaka quests sucked.

Mondstadt was the best area in the game for a very long time, until they got to Enkanomiya and then Fontaine, which have finally brought the quality back up from "I hope you like brown" liyue and "press f to explore", "there's like 3 trees around but it's a Rainforest trust us" Sumeru.
