Golden Shifter Zerus is always a good idea. Hell, I memes one round on patch work and went for one. Had to “quit” to get more tavern tiers for less trash minions, and i had to play the zerus to keep em. First offer was cave hydra after getting the golden. Passed on it. Went for another round. Trash minion, was at one health. Waited ONE MORE ROUND. Golden whatever-that-six-star-snake-is. I won that game with it. Praise be zerus.
I had a dream last night where I dropped in on a studio with all these streamers to meet Firebat. I did this with full knowledge that my 19 month old daughter was waiting outside in the cold (in this dream) My subconscious needs to sort out its priorities
At 7:19 firebat chooses to not sell the murloc to give +2/+2 to his amalgam and +1/+1 to his crowd favorite. He says he's strong enough. Maybe this is a common mistake that I make but considering if he rerolled he'd be buying nothing that round, why not just get a little stronger anyways?

Well, considering there is only one way to get a golden zerus, I.e. find 3 of them in a single turn, I would have thought it was pretty obvious how it would happen. It was just a matter of when and what it would turn into.
Its not even a cool minion, its just jade but really bad instead of good. Putting bigger and bigger men on board turn after turn isn't really all that enjoyable as proven by jade.
@@luminous3558 True, although it is a more interesting design than jades since it doesn't require as many deck slots. Almost all jade druid decks look the exact same for example but you can make some very, very different pogo decks.
Watching Battlegrounds is so much more entertaining then constructed to me at least. It is also more interesting ATM. Maybe that will change in the new expansion but Im skeptical

Except if opponent doesn't get lucky super lucky to avoid hitting the wolf taunt instead of the amalgam then you can argue this positioning is better because it buffs the wolf taunt and potentially allows it to take 2 hits which would have otherwise gone into the amalgams divine shield and/healthpool.

I don't rely on opponent's luck or some shit, I setup my board as best as possible, so stfu. You always want these wolfs be dead and since enemy minions have divine shields, it doesn't matter with which attack hit first, but it matters in turms of health.
