Elvis Presley's granddaughter, Riley Keough, got an emergency order to stop a courthouse auction of Graceland. The estate is the storied home and final resting place of Elvis. An investment company filed to foreclose on Graceland, saying the late Lisa Marie Presley defaulted on a loan on the property. But lawyers for the Presley family say the papers are forged and that the so-called investment firm doesn't exist. Ann Mercogliano has more.

Likely it’s scammers from outside the country. So no FBI wouldn’t be after them because the countries where this type of scam originates from could care less about Americans being scammed. No money has been stolen. This is a tiny blip on FBI’s radar. Judge shut down clearly seeing it is a scam.

Graceland should be consider a national treasure and protected by the federal government. I don't understand the requirements to make it possible but this house receives more visits than the white house, it was own by the king of rock, and Elvis was a national icon. This is so easily provable. 1) Was 3 million transferred to Lisa Marie's bank? 2) If this even happened, what is the value of Graceland and its yearly income? Cause any family member could pay this fake loan back and settle this matter. 3) Graceland has special status in Tennessee. How can it just be easily sold or auctioned without involving Tennessee? People need to wake up!

It doesn’t exist anywhere in the US. There was a clinic that was supposed to be in our city that I kept getting asked about and they gave an address for it. Turns out the address is a McDonald’s and has been since the 70s, but when you go on the fake website it’s full of errors where you can tell the person who made the website was not a native English speaker. It was a scam.

It disappoints me that some type of foundation wasn’t formed long ago. Elvis Presley is a legend to all of us. Wouldn’t it be wonderful if his memory and music could be kept alive through a non prophet foundation or something. Perhaps it can help people with drug addictions.
