I’m just taking the Vegan tablets & I have all of the same benefits as you. They are the best hair growth vitamins on the market and are tasty 😋. The amount of shampoo you used was that just for demonstration purposes? My shampoo is more or less the same size & it can last me minimum 6 months if not close to 9. A lot of people might already know this but some don’t: you should never include your ends when washing your hair, it dries them out, shampoo is just for your scalp. If you notice, Hairdressers will only apply shampoo to your roots/scalp, they won’t bring your ends into it. There’s 2 stages: (hard to explain) 1st wash completely soak every inch of your hair then use a small amount, 3/4 of the amount you used approx, rub it in your hands to evenly distribute it & use one hand to place it around your head in each section, apply more IF needed, there should be very little suds as it’s grabbing to the oil, 2nd wash: judge how much you need, you’ll learn over time and then that will fully clean your roots/scalp (Lots of suds) the shampoo running down through your ends is enough to cleanse them.

Fabulous results! I'd love to see a "before and after" for the brow serum too. I've been using the one from The Ordinary and I've definitely noticed a difference, but I have to really get into the habit of using it at least once a day. I usually keep it on the coffee table so I pop it on while I'm watching tele in the evening. Really looking forward to seeing your future updates. I've recently been using an Aussie brand - Georgie Mane. They have a really lightweight hair growth spray that doesn't leave my hair looking greasy and I'm noticing tiny baby hairs growing where I've been thinning out loads. Hoping they stay and don't fall out! 😅

This was a really interesting update and review I’ve seen these but always been quit wary as so many companies promise the world. I think I will try this though as you’ve had a huge hair growth and your always very honest thanks Karen x

Still watching but definitely please let us know about the lash and brow Serum please 🙏 I'd definitely give it a go for my brows but the fact you can us it for both is bonus for sure. Really enjoying your honest opinions and suggestions. A lot of people don't give these things a chance wanting instant results xx

I love to do haircare, I've purchased a scalp scrubber to help with scalp health which I use while i shampoo 1st and also rosemary oil for my hair 1hr before I wash my hair. (Ive also juat sent u an email abt details💖)
