I don't think "Burst mode" means just more speed. It means more energy, or more torque, to the beaters in order to get through any temporartily tough mixing (e.g., oatmeal cookie dough).
My mother had this mixer in black from 2011-2017. It was great but personally I prefer my Cuisinart Power Advantage 5 Speed Hand Mixer. That and I might buy a KitchenAid Hand Mixer next to use alongside next.
Hello! I was wondering if this product has like flaked for you. Like some of the beaters metal like flakes off. Idk but I was thinking about buying this product and looked for review
i bought their m40 hand mixer there is no eject button how to remove the blades i am sending it back neither in i struction manual they just have burst button and sling speed button no press and eject
Why do the beaters spin so fast though, even on the lowest setting? This is the problem I have with pretty much every hand-mixed there is. They go way too fast. I will definitely not be buying this. I am a professional Baker and I bake all sorts of stuff.
I agree with your point. When I have to mix certain things it makes a mess so I use my manual handheld mixer stick instead so I can mix it myself to avoid mess.
@@IsitWorthit1 I understand why you like this hand mixer though, because you were looking for a hand mixer that would beat egg whites & give them a fluffy texture. For that, you needed a hand mixer that spins really fast. But for my purposes of needing a hand mixer (making cakes & cupcakes), I cannot use this one, because on the lowest setting the spinning causes my batter to fly out of the bowl and also causes tunneling in my finished product. The speed & noise level scare me too. (**This** hand mixer might not be super loud, but a lot of the cheap hand mixers **are** super loud. I have bought and tested a lot of them over the years.)
