This show is such a gem so great ..ki in topics par kabhi baat hi nhi hoti h like not worthy enough to even have a conversation..aur females kitna suffer kr rhi hoti h silently..kisi ko bhi batate nhi h ki problems h ... and this awareness from the show is so important..now logon ko samjh aaega ki mother hood hota kya h actually..nd that it's tough...I feel so great ful for this show..

आप लोगो के पास कोई ना कोई था care करने के लिए होता है... फिर भी आप लोग depression के शिकार हो गए.. सोचो मिडिल क्लास फैमिली मे किसी के पास पति के सिवा और कोई नहीं होता।। ओर अगर गलती से depression बोल दिया तो उल्टे ताने मिलते हैं की तुमने कोनसा कुछ अलग किया है..so you are all lucky ki aap लोगो के पास facilty है।

I think facility he isiliye depression he. I did everything from 1st day of my delivery. It was very hard to handle. But at the end, when I completed all house work and after it playing with my newborn, It's like no depression can Hit me. 😍.....and like today also it's going on...

Aap dono bhut lucky h jo mom care kri h hum to sasural me the after delivery 12 days bad me mayke gai bhut zyada 😢mood swing hota tha & stress feel hota tha😒 brest milk kam ata h aur sasural wale 10 chize bolte h khud par ky guzarta h voh mai jan saki hu mai aisi maa hu jo apne baby ko feed nahi krva pa ri hu kyo aise kiyo ho bhagwan mere sath mere me ky kami thi jo milk nhi aa rh formula milk dete but mujhe acha nhi lgta tha. Mujhe sach me kisi ne kuch nhi btya tha aisa bhi kuch hota 😢maa bna easy nhi h khud maa bani tb pta chlat. Thanks to my husband jo bhut supportive hai bhut help krte h voh aaj bhi mera baby 13 month ka hogya h

Postpartum phase was very bad... Even i didnt about it... But now things come on tack...and only you can cope up postpartum phase by developing loving feeling towards your child
