Our vocal king and BTS main vocalist Jungkook is a genius. A born singer. He really makes every song he sings a diff vibe. Like this one it will leave you to tears..and emotional. Thats the quality of JKs voice.

Jungkook has perfect pitch and from what I understand, people with perfect pitch also have an easier time picking up accents, because accent in a language is pretty much the melody of the language. You can also hear it when Jungkook speaks English. He's not fluent, but he has the sound of the language pretty much down.

JUNGKOOK's voice transcends time and space. He is a very talented singer who also knows how to rap and is the fourth rapper in the group. He knows how to adapt his voice to any song because he has absolute mastery of his instrument, which in this case is the voice. 🤗😊💜🙋❤️

You should react to his covers because there's alot. And yeah there's this DJ said that any genre fits his voice and he found it out by mixing his voice to rock,ballad,lofi,etc. He said he has the biggest potential to become big as a solo and i agreed to it.

I didn't listen to it for over 24 hours because it broke me. I'm trying to get over a breakup and I cried for 3 hours the first time. I waited a while and listened again. Broke down in tears again. So tonight I thought a reaction might be easier. Still crying but partly because of the song and partly because of Jungkook's amazing heavenly vocals. I love all of his solos and covers but this is over the top sublimity.

JK has always had the rasp in his voice.....but, with BTS, they just don't always show that. If you go to some of BTS's older music, you can hear his rasp. So emotional....check out "Let Me Know" live performance!

Jungkook is so incredibly talented. His versatility and vocal skills are crazy. One of his strengths is that he is able to make these vocal adjustments according to what the song requires. Learning to add rasp for actually for dynamite which you can hear in live performances.

I seriously love this cover so much. His voice is perfect for this song and the way he sang this with so much emotion!! He couldn’t have done better, he nailed this. He makes singing sound/look so easy!! And I don’t think you have to be nervous about BTS breaking up :D they’ve done solo stuff since way back, so it’s not something new where you have to worry if this is the beginning of their break-up. And you definitely should check out their solo songs, they’re amaziiing! My favourite songs are Abyss by Jin and Still with You by Jk

Jungkook did a beautiful job on this song! The reason that they don't split up is because they always put BTS as a group first. Bang PD told them to grow the group and they could do anything that they wanted later. They are who they are because of each other, and that is why they put the group first. Each one of them has their own music now. But those songs are sung at a BTS concert. Their label market and promote them on genius level. It really amazes me that there are people in the world that don't like them. Just you wait....I bet we will be seeing them do some cool stuff. I want to see them do a country song, a rock n roll song, a song in Spanish. I don't think that there is anything that they can't sing. When they did " FixYou" by Coldplay!!!! OMG

Jungkook has such a rich, enthusiastic and steady vocal arrangement with a great versatility in his singing skills. His lower tones are so beautifully balanced between the soft breathiness and the fullness of his powerful rich sounding vocals, I really loved the slightly added rasp into it as well. Beautiful!!

Jungkooks voice is a true instrument. You give him any genre you want and he grabs it and slays it with ease and finesse. He is a vocal prodigy. Have you heard his other covers? In the interview in 1 of variety show in SK, JK said that from the early beginning of BTS, he was doing a radical training vocal for him self. Rather than unusual that the vocal teachers tell him to do. He was started to sing in everywhere and any place that he could be.. thats why he could have very stable voice in the group.

Jungkook voice is effortlessly. So clean, so simple and but so sharp on. Though people say he is the lead vocalist of BTS, and he is but I think what makes a difference is the quality that he has is that he's got just a hint of more vocal techniques over the other singers and that his advantage I believe is because his voice is very current...

JK DOES have the voice of an angel. He regularly gives me goosebumps and brings tears to my eyes with his singing. JK’s vocals have evolved so much. In this cover his lower register is something we don’t get to hear a lot of and it is Phenomenal! He has a natural vibrato and perfect pitch, so there is literally NOTHING he can’t sing! Fun factoid….he did all the backing vocals…he is harmonizing with himself and it is so beautiful. He is simply a born singer.

There is no other vocalist in the entire music industry who is as versatile as him! He can fit any genre! And any language! And to convey the emotions that he does, with perfect pitch when he sings live and acapella on the spot, without any effects! That is incredibly rare! This is why he is the best! Take your jealousy somewhere else!! You obviously know nothing about JK and it shows! He is known as being a musical prodigy and vocal legend by all of the top artists in the industry! Educate yourself! JK will always be at the TOP and he will continue to break all records!!

@Marc del Moran you’re just jealous and threatened by him, as you should be! He is the biggest star in the world right now! Those other singers are not mainstream pop singers. It’s like trying to compare ballet dancers with hip hop dancers. None of those other vocalists can cover the wide variety of genres that Jungkook can. That is why he is considered the best in the music industry with artists like Beyonce and Chris Martin choosing him as one of their favorites. Jungkook is the music industry right now. Listen to his solo bridge in “ON” and his song “My Time” and “Still With You” and his voice in the “Savage Love Remix” before you make a fool out of yourself again. 🙄

Thank you for the reaction. I really love the song and when I heard JK covered it and I listened to it, i cried!!! Their recent releases doesn’t do Jungkook or his voice justice and so many recent fans think that he isn’t that good and all but you should really listen to his covers, both English and korean covers and also their old songs, also the demo of his own song decalcomania!! There’s a reason why korean vocal and music critics, also producers and DJ’s always mention him when they talk about vocals!!! That man just doesn’t sing, he actually sing sings!!! Like you said, he did mention that he doesn’t like to just force himself into the song while singing, cuz if he tries to force himself in a song then it will collapse!! He sees singing as painting, he likes to paint in the colours as he goes on, not force it but let the song, music, lyrics and emotions lead the song!!!

Today is the anniversary of the last live BTS concert before Covid. Two years ago, today. We think that's why he released this today. Based on the lyrics, he seems to be worried that ARMY no longer loves or needs him, or the other members of BTS.

They can put out work as solo if they want. They are just committed to maintaining their BTS groups as a priority. Jk has been working on a mixtape for a while but the boy is a perfectionist 😅 the other guys make fun of him bc of it. He keeps changing the songs and scrapping them. And perfecting them then changing them again 😅 he did say he wants to have 3 music videos and do various genres. Now we just gotta wait 😅

I wouldn’t be too worried about them going solo and leaving the group or anything like that. They have been doing solo songs as part of their albums for years and the rap line have all come out with their own mix tapes and they all continually say they can’t be without each other. JK and V have been working on mixtapes for a while too. I think the fact that they’ve been able to do solo work under the same label and with the group has prevented that from even being a thought in their minds. The other groups you hear about breaking up to go solo didn’t get the chance to have solo songs while they were with the group so if that was something they wanted to do, leaving the group was the only choice they had. The solo songs these guys have are all REALLY good and worth checking out!

You could also check out his cover of Till Then, and his performance of If You during Masked Singer and his version of Holy Night. It shows how incredible and angelic his voice on this kind of songs. He conveys raw emotions it made me tear. Such an angelic voice.

It’s funny as someone who is a jungkook bias… the more raspy and mid tone is jungkooks natural tone lol if you listen to all the songs from the first few albums he sounded like this all the time and I’m hearing that from so many army who are within the last two or three years. Jungkooks voice is very deep speaking … his natural singing tone is mid range with rasp … but bc the later bts songs are in a higher key bc jin and jimin have naturally higher registers than jk and Tae… which means they both sing higher than their natural tone bc of this…. Jungkooks range is so extensive that it makes me laugh when people think this is new or something he practiced to sound like someone else lol even like century 21 girl , I need u, am I wrong…. I mean there really are so many songs with that exact rasp…. It’s not something new…. Jungkook has such a wide vocal range and infinite bag of techniques….. people who don’t listen to him solo at all or his like 30 English covers are missing out. Jungkook has the best pronunciation other than RM. Jk didn’t speak as much bc he was shy… not bc he couldn’t speak it…. He speaks with very little accent in his English and he’s gotten older and more confident in himself… but jungkook is the best vocalist of his generation…. But it’s just funny bc people don’t have any idea what he is capable of…. I’m so proud of jk

Agree to this this is more Jungkook vocals, he has a widest range that can pulled anything without struggling it’s kinda sad that his range can’t even show as much unless he did this kind of cover to show how much he can do about his voice , Hope this dropped is our starting point for jjk1

The cool thing is that their solo stuff is most of the time even integrated into their albums. So you get to see and hear them individually on stage at performances too! Though the "PTD on Stage" concert does not have any solo songs (which is unusual). But because of their huge discography there are enough OT7 songs to fill multiple concerts and we love to see them perform all together :)

Yup this one's for you. It is just incredible. I love the original, too, it is so much Harry's essence. But JK has done it again, keeping the original spirit, respectful to the song, yet putting his own heart into it. I think maybe this is to express his own sorrow about loosing the momentum they had performing. And jeeze his english is perfect! (You might also like V's "Someone Like You").

bts has been doing solo work since the beginning of their career. they have solo mixtapes or solos on their albums. they feel incomplete without each other so i dont think theyll branch off and become full solo artists until their contract ends in 7 years

Of course I'm ot7 but yes their solo stuff is SO good and I definitely recommend checking it out. Love how BigHit allows them the freedom to pursue side projects that showcase their individual interests and skills. But nevertheless, they always come back together and truly love working as a group.
