This neighborhood is extremely expensive. I would maybe do 17 acres in the ourskirts.

How can you make a video on Hixson and not Soddy.. Because if you ain't from Soddy, you ain't nobody.

My husband will be exploring the area for 3 days from tomorrow!! Unfortunately I had to stay home with kids and pets :( I asked him to check out all the neighborhoods and take lots of pics for me! I hope he will like it there. Hixson is # 1 from my research as of now. I am also thinking Red bank, Ooltewah, East Brainerd possibly Cleveland...
