Hi, I tested positive on 34 days but on 38 days I started bleeding like period. I went to emergency checkup but midwife only tested my urine which was negative then. And told me to test again after 1 week. Why didn't they do any ultrasound? shouldn't have they tested what actually happened?

The 27th I had started either spotting or dealing with implantation bleeding. It’s pink because it’s mixed with CM. The cramps I had yesterday were just as painful as PMS. I didn’t have implantation bleeding or spotting with my first baby so I’m being thrown through a loop😅😅 Finally got my first FAINT positive 2 days ago and yesterday. I have a 28 day cycle and the bleeding happened the day before the end of my missed period but it’s mixed with CM and it’s not red. My faint pos was on the 26th and then on the 27th I took another test and the line is more noticeable than the day before. I was 15dpo on the 26th and 16dpo on the 27th. The 27th is also when I started bleeding. There’s no clots, I’m not cramping anymore, the blood is mixing with my CM and it’s slimy. I’ve read that IB can last up to 3 days but anything past 3 days is caused for concern and if I have clots. Idk I’m trying not to worry but now I might be??🥴😞

I’m confused. I’m 14 dpo. My period is one day late. I have regular 26/27 day cycle. Two days ago I had severe nausea while waking up and vomited too. Same symptoms today morning too. Yesterday I saw just spotting and nothing else. I expected to increase blood flow since it is my period time but it is still spotting. I don’t have usual symptoms of my period like severe cramps etc. I had an ectopic pregnancy which was treated by medicine last july and this is first time we are ttc after that. So i had some implantation sings on 6-7th day post ovulation and i was so happy that finally i am pregnant,only to start bleed bleeding on day 8 its was very heavy and brown it only came 2days and then disappear..
