But people of sikkim are free to practice their religion in India, so they joined. And sikkim was already protected area by Indian defense force before it's joining. It is difficult to be secretive when every single country have their own secret agencies spying all the time. US, UK have some of the biggest secret agencies and almost always they are aware of these missions. The only problem is their hypocrisy times and again when they blame India despite conducting similar missions all the time and justifying their acts.
