Agreed. I dont see how bo3 in any way has a better mp. IW had better movement, less aim assist, guns and maps which feel like they belong to futuristic setting, it looks better etc.
The jetpack is definitely not the same in bo3 and infinite warfare, though they are similar. When conpared the IW jetpack is less clunky, has faster recharge time, longer duration, while bo3 has stronger boost.
Honestly the 3 studios should coordinate the eras. Treyarch - Historical (Any) Infinity Ward - Modern Sledgehammer - Futuristic This way the fan base never gets tired of the era and has a genuine interest in each era being 3+ years apart
Yes! And if you dont like one of the eras, you dont have to buy a new game every year and can play your prefered era for 3 years before getting the next game.
i think that treyarch should do futuristic, with bo2, bo3, and bo4 being great future games, i think sledge should do historical, considering they made ww2 and vanguard, and IW making modern
@@lieutenantbawls if you remember the OG days Infinity Ward made COD 1-3. Treyarch made WAW and Black Ops 1. Many would argue those were the only competent historical call of duty games. Likewise, Infinity Ward made Call of Duty Modern Warfare (2007) and Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2 (2009). While Sledgehammer made Modern Warfare 3 (2011) and Advanced Warfare (2015)… all I would consider good call of duty games. Yeah Black Ops 2 was alright being a late modern (early future) era. But (unpopular take) Black Ops 3 and Black Ops 4 really stained the black ops brand. In my opinion, Sledgehammer hasn’t made a competent historical setting, but has been competent with future settings. Likewise, Infinity Ward hasn’t made a competent futuristic game. I think that because of history with these companies, WaW, Black Ops 1, and Cold War, Treyarch should handle historic. MW & MW2, Infinity Ward should handle modern. AW, Sledgehammer should handle future. I know this just may be me being biased who is “an older” fan of the franchise and still enjoys the occasional release title (MW3 2023 was the first one I’ve bought in awhile, Black Ops 3 pushed me away from the franchise for a very long time). I’ve been around since COD 2 released back in the early 2000s.
I love Infinite Warfare. Still play it a couple of times a week to this day. Most people didn’t give this game a fair shake. If you liked BO3 multiplayer, there’s really no reason why you won’t like IW multiplayer. The campaign is also amazing and the zombies are quite good too.
I find it funny how everyone back in 2016 was on the anti Infinite Warfare bandwagon only years later to say it’s very underrated, and I’m not gonna lie when I say I was one of them since I initially got Infinite Warfare for COD4 Remastered day one but only the base legacy edition (IW and MWR only) since I wasn’t 100% sure about getting the season pass, but when it comes to COD on the the 8th gen IW is an easy top tier game.
I went back a few years after this game release and it really is the most slept on cod mp. I didn't have an issue with it in its prime, i was just playing other games. But this really is a great multiplayer and excellent supply drop model.
I also really enjoyed the supply drop mechanic in this game. Also the fact that you could earn “credits”, or whatever they were called, to buy variants for free was nice.
@lowprime what's even better is you could earn the keys and stuff from the zombies mode. It was a great way to grind out the keys and crafting materials for the variants to then use in multiplayer. I hope this game one day gets a remaster or something as its a brilliant game and my favorite of the jet pack era. I did play black ops 3 more but in hinds sight, I much prefer infinite warfare
I think the reason for all the hate for this game was simply bad timing. If COD Infinite Warfare came out today, it would have a mostly positive review.
I played the crap out of this game in college, and I still come back to it every so often. The movement and gunplay are just so smooth, and the maps are quite enjoyable.
The graphics were beautiful. By far one of the best COD campaigns ever made. BUT the time to kill was ridiculous. It was just constant pew dead, pew dead, pew dead. And the whole Salvage and whatever to upgrade your weapons was overly complicated and the grind for salvage was insanely slow. The characters looked good and the guns for the most part had a nice solid feel.
This game was awesome with using drones, hacking robots to use on enemies, the space battle kinda like Starfox 64 was awesome. This one had features that others didn't. There are like 20 Call of duty games on PS4. I have 3. What are the top ppl would rank. Black ops 2 and MW3 were best for 360.
Infinite warfare was just at the but end of the “end futuristic cod” hate bubble so people that gave it a chance had a blast and those that didn’t lost out on a great game.
@@trenmageyou just don't have the right settings I've come back after years and after a couple days of get bullied by sweats I got used to my new button layout and I'm fairly consistent now
Just picked up cod ww2 on sale and with my discount it was 18 dollars after taxes and all that for the gold edition with 1100 cod points and the first dlc pack and the campaign is a 10 out of 10 if nothing else its amazing! I wanna get infinite warfare next
didi you buy it on pc ??? and i have heard that there are hacks on the pc version and i would like to buy it from microsoft store so what do you recomande and thanks
Here playing June 2024 nobody left on servers in Tennessee wish they’d just make all cods in one package so everyone could play the best and just add player motion mechanics activision would make bank
first cod game i got during its life cycle, got it with my xbox one s, can't forget that game, not golden but good to play from time to time i would say
mw 2019 and cold are still the best newest cod games after ww2 but infinite warfare is soo good so underrated i am so sad that pc player count is almost nolonger
With the direction COD has gone over the past five years and with SBMM being shoved down our throats, I think SBMM and jet packs would be like oil and water: they don’t mix at all.
Out of the futuristic cods I can’t tell u which one I had more fun on , I think they was all cool and unique in there own way even the zombies , they all was fun to play with friends but I do agree that IW probably felt the smoothest playing , at the time and probably even know all the moves felt like butter 🧈
This might sound really dumb but I did like infinite Warfare I'm not a Call of Duty fan in general and I love sci-fi I'm a really big sci-fi fan so with that. At the time I always played infinite Warfare in Destiny
so im confused i hear so many people say this game isnt safe to play online any more cause activision removed the rfc blocker or some shit? ive been wanting this game back for years but have hesitated since hearing that is it ok to play are lan lobbies good still??
@@jjtheman523 bro just do it you will enjoy it. I would Recommend getting the 2nd DLC to play Shaolin Shuffle Zombies map, there is a Invincible Glitch so you can Also farm Endless Keys For opening keys, dont need to Grind Multiplayer for chests. Zombies is really fun and Played , also is the Multiplayer Sometimes you are lucky and you can play DLC maps also😊
1 in 10 MP lobbies is ok. 9 of 10 games is infested with cheaters. Who cares if the game is 8 years old it’s still an ACTIVISION TITLE and they have a responsibility to ban the cheaters.
@@MrNoobTubeGamer mouse and keyboard/ Cronus/ Xim is not allowed on old cods BEFORE 2019. 90% if my CONSOLE NON CROSSPLAY LOBBIES have mouse and key Cronus xim cheaters. You are either clueless or suck so bad you just can’t tell the difference.
@@RudexTheInvincible i think you can only do private matches, now I can’t make promises on safety but if the public matches is broken then i wouldn’t worry about someone joining you private match out of the blue
