How will all those floors people will get water resources and where will drainage go in to city. Building more residents in short space is disaster for buyers but good for sellers. Long term calculate the interest rate u pay and the maintenance u do for that. After that if u try to sell u will get seller rate which is post broker commision. After considering all this broker is beneficial but not you. While selling they will bring all non sense clauses like west facing, road width, slope etc. So real estate is a waste of investment. Its feeding only brokers, black money guys and NRIS Where they dont pay any tax. but not for imdian salary employees.
