A very important issue in salat

Doesn’t mean you can not recite Fatiha silently after imam

In 1 & 2 situation,,, what If we stand for the salah and the imam soon says allahu akbar... And my fathia is just started,, is that rakah valid for me if I am not able to finish the fathia?

In second situation :What if we stand for the prayer after the recitation of surathul fathia... Should we recite it?

It's good description by the way, I have one simple question may I know the first group of scholars names who says that it's mandatory in sirri and Jahri namaz..

So if i want to recite fatiha in loud rakaat should i follow what imaam is saying?? Cause most if not all imam dont give enough time after fatiha or i between ayat of fatiha
