Is it PERSONS or PEOPLE? (Learn the differences!) 

I made a mistake at 3.00. I meant to say that "persons" Is the plural form of "person", but I accidentally said that it is the plural form of "people".😅 Sorry for any confusion that may have caused.

The plural of person is people. Persons is most used in legal writing. Peoples is only necessary when you refers to distinct ethnic groups. (Within the same region) Primitive peoples worshipped the sun. Thanks a lot, Mike. I didn't know how to use "Peoples". Once, someone told me that peoples was the plural of people.🤣

Some of them I see for the first time; I have never met " peoples", for instance. An informal and friendly alternative to people is "folks." it is often used in casual conversations or when addressing a group of people in a more personal or approachable manner. Example: "Hey folks! How's everyone doing today?"🙂
