The Mini-Mushroom is a very strange power-up. It makes Mario tiny, it makes him die in 1 hit and it basically makes his life harder! It does allow you to reach special mini-pipes, but what if we tried to beat the entire game being Mini-Mario only? This game is meant for coins, because If you collect 9,999,999 coins you get a golden tanooki tail mario statue and if you collect 1,000000 coins you get golden fire mario statue (I am coin and just got that from groot)

I put off watching this for a while because I had every confidence the answer was "yes". The Mini Mushroom is Easy Mode because it makes you jump farther, higher, get shortcuts, evasion is easier & bosses take the same amount of hits. Regular Mario already dies in 1 hit & the time loss to Ground Pounds is negligible. Still, nice challenge! Good work, & Happy New Year, NicoBBQ!

If you ever wanna do the coinless run, believe it or not, it is indeed possible. I highly recommend the coinless run by Gamechamp3000. Funny enough, he does use the Mini Mushroom alot in his run as well. Great video, by the way. Keep kicking ass, Nico.
