Iron utensils clay utensils and brass and copper are beneficial. However once the food is cooked do not keep it for long time into this metal utensils

Sir co-relation does not always mean causation. I went through all the studies and there is no causative link of Teflon to associate with such problems. I'm not educated enough about the cookware you are going to suggest next but the non-stick is kind of great and helps maintain a caloric deficit without compromising on the taste of the food. I don't know about Teflon killing anybody but I'm damn sure on the fact that obesity kills.

Sir one question please anciently we use to use ash to clean our utensils which was actually activated charcoal best for cleaning but now the detergents have taken over as they are chemicals i believe that at the end of day detergents are also a chemical that can even have a adverse affect over our body .... even rinceing with water a fine very thin layer of detergent stays in tact with utensil and goes inside our body in very micro amount daily but days in days out it can cause medical issues am i right or wrong do please throw some light over this questionof mine sir 🙏🏻🙏🏻
