@@bpavilion8994 yes it is normal it has to do with the temperature at which you're storing it. It's harmless and completely fine. If you want to you can store it in a warmer place to get rid of the cloudiness.
Thank you SO much for this video. During this Coronatime, there was no soap on the shelves so I purchased Dr. Natural Pure Castile Soap in the hopes of diluting it. I completely understand how this can not be safe now when diluted for non-one-time usage. I will just use as is for now and hope that soap is back on the shelves soon.
Thanks very much for your video. I diluted the soap to use it as a shampoo but OMG the whole house start loosing hair and I had small patches of eczema it started itching again.
SERIOUSLY!!! Maybe you need to take a non caffeine tea break and chill. Soap is soap. There are to many other things you need to worry about than Dr bronners soap and germs. Use alcohol or peroxide instead of water if that will make you feel more germ free.
I'm really glad I found your video. I heard of this soap in 2013 when one of my cousins had gotten it and she didn't like it but I wasn't familiar with it. I was interested in it but she told me to stay away from it because it made her hair so greasy. About 5 years later found out as I kept researching this soap that she obviously did not follow the directions of diluting it most likely. I could've been using the stuff so I was very sad I listened to her on her experience so just last week I got the lavender one for my hair. Although now I'm worried because I was going to put some diluted in a foaming glass dispenser I have but I don't think it's safe from what you're saying. It's a big dispenser so it would sit if I'm only going to wash my hair like once a week. I just thought getting it to foam up with that special dispenser's help would've been so nice. This company sounds ridiculous in professionalism for knowing their product. That's basic stuff they should know. I'm really glad you mentioned this. I hope others comment too because this is a popular soap and this should be a warning.
It’s not. I have a video in my drafts that has mold growing in the foaming soap dispensers. I’ll try to get it up on a few days. Here’s what I have on instagram. instagram.com/p/BvpvyK4lv4P/ It’s gross. Every single foaming soap dispenser at my parents’ house had mold just like this. Don’t dilute and store. Dilute then and there. Use it all then. Don’t save it.
Okk!! I’ve been trying to find an answer to this question and no answers! Thank you for sharing your thoughts. I’m learning about diy home and body care and there’s so much I don’t understand about the science behind creating safe products. And there’s so much junk out here bc everyone and their mama is creating recipes. Have you found any good resources about creating safe, sustainable, low waste home and body care? Thanks for your input. Sending gratitude, love, and light. 🙏🏽✨
I'm disappointed by the product. I've used it as a hand soap and after a while, a stench comes out of my sink. In another occasion, I noticed what appeared to be mold inside the soap dispenser. If I don't mix with enough water, it dries my hands. If I do, bacteria grows soon in my hand soap dispenser.
