To those saying yes, you do realize Ukraine accepts foreign volunteers in their army right? If you want people to go help the Ukrainian well guess what, you totally can already! There's nothing stopping you at all from joining the Ukrainian army! So why are you here typing on your computer saying that we should go fight in Ukraine when you already could be? Unless, of course, when you say ''yes we should'' you actually mean ''yes *you* should''. If you have no intention to go fight yourself, you don't have the right to order other people to go fight in your place.
@@ReplyIfYouWentToDiddysCrib Have you not watched videos of what their new recruits look like? The average age in their army was 43 years old and that was in november of last year, now it's probably even worse. You have obese grandpa being conscripted in Ukraine right now but no, they totally wouldn't want you because you have ''no military experience''. Right, that's your excuse? *Every conscript has no military experience!* And that's more than half of their army! Just admit the truth once in your life and say that you're too scared to go but you're hypocritical enough that you still want other people to go in your place!
@@Marc_Gagne Yeah dunno if you just haven't watched videos of the new recruits they're conscripting now but there are 66 years old fighting in Ukraine. It's not an excuse. You're good enough to hold a gun, you're good enough to send on the frontlines as far as they're concerned. Also did you mean capitalism? Because regardless of if you're talking about capitalization in grammar or in finance, that sentence made no sense. But I guess I shouldn't expect anything else from a boomer who calls anyone who disagrees with him a bot.
We should all act like independent nations and support logistics, guard the belarus border, build up their air and ground forces, and provide air defense.
We do not have the men or the Equipment to go to the Ukraine plus the fact of the Logistics headache The other and most important factor is the position of Britain's Military in the war does that then declare we have gone to war with Russia which would create a myriad of problems leading to further conflict with other countries of which we are seriously ill prepared for due to shortages in every area and level in the three Military Services Whatever Politician thaught this was a good idea shows the level of ignorance but that is the case of most of MPs in our Parliament of today
Snap election July 4th. NATO meet July 9th ?? The way these people who are talking here blowing smoke up each others .... Is unbelievable. Calling for one RAF lads to move into Ukrainian airspace. Are these people absolutely mental? I've followed for quite a while and listened to many of these podcasts. I really can not believe my ears here. This is how the people who will be sending our children to war think. Wow is there any wonder .GOV are telling us to get 3 days of food and water at the ready. Little jokes about Russians and vodka do nothing to calm my fears and shouldn't be made in such a serious subject by our supposed professionals.
Is it time for doing nothing - no. Russia only attempts to invade those weaker than itself (Until they underestimated the Ukrainians that is) Putrid 's empty threats need not concern NATO nations.
@@markfoth1226peace in our time 😂 there hasn’t been peace in decades 🇺🇸 have been involved in 23 conflicts since w. W. 2 ended!!! I find it amazing that people still believe the west are the good guys
Europe has always been a target. Peace has never existed on our planet and never will. The 'surviv of the fittest' has never been so true. Tell us what would have happened had the USA not forced the USSR out of Cuba? Or if NATO had no nuclear weapons..?
This is a terrible idea. We should stay out of it and do nothing since we did nothing to negotiate before the invasion, which is what we should have done. We are supposed to have a competitive market for our supplies of fuel, not just get rid of a competitor.
Putin wouldn't distinguish between trainers and direct involvement. Its NATO troops closer to the Russian border. Just send troops into Ukraine. Be decisive and send real force into Ukraine.
Not really, their forces on the ground have always outnumbered the Russians, particularly in the first year of the war. Plus Ukraine has had all of the nato armies supporting and arming them. So Russia incredibly has managed to fight off all of NATO
The ordinary Russian people are not our enemy, the conflict should be contained to the disputed zone between Russia and Ukraine, not escalated. The moral action is to negotiate some limitation / restriction / ceasefire in the conflict even if both sides cannot agree on who owns what land. Anyone scheming to escalate the conflict is the real enemy of all sides. War is a massive waste of lives and money, all of which are precious, there are enough problems in this world that we must solve without creating more.
@@jamal22958 I doubt Russians consider murderous Azov Nazis their brothers. In fact many Ukraine soldiers defected to Russia for that very reason, Nazi war crimes.
@@jamal22958 Do you realize that Russian citizens don't really have an opinion of Americans, it's not something they obsess over like Americans do. I wonder what the MSM propaganda machine has to do with it, you don't think do you?
Seems unlikely the long-term outcome isn't Ukraine in NATO. Is there a chance turning up for joint exercises *after the fighting* with spotless uniforms and all limbs intact will be a bit awkward?
The west should send in troops to protect Ukrainian civilian areas, releasing Ukrainian troops, giving Ukraine more equipment to protect the skies and giving Russia a large sign that it cannot win
I think the shortage of Ukrainian man power would force the West to recruit soldiers from third world contries for Ukraine or send in their own troops inevitably. And as long as those troops remain in Ukrainian territory, Russia would have nothing to say in the matter of a defensive war that Ukraine is fighting. It is just a matter of time :)
Pretty obvious Russia has said NO to NATO setting up shop in Ukraine. Was two world wars in Europe not enough? Because what you’re suggesting leads to just that. This is a controlled war, the last thing anyone should want is nuclear powers going to war with one another directly.
La mayor parte del mundo está en el bando ruso. Nadie en el "tercer mundo" va a ir a ayudar a mierda como los norteamericanos. Es más, seguramente pase lo opuesto.
They’ve been using South American mercenaries and middle eastern jihadis right from the start. Recently they were negotiating with Mexican cartel leaders in order to export jailed cartel members and use them on the battlefield.
Who’s they? International Corporate conglomerates using the working poor to fight each other so “they” can secure natural resources, military contracts, and trade corridors, for profits? I would prefer “they” use diplomacy to settle these matters.
@@poppystars9005 we're trying diplomacy but Putin is becoming aggressive with his nuclear threats. Ukraine must win this war because we all know that 80 years ago, we gave Czechoslovakia to the Austrian corporal but if we would've gave them weapons to defend themselves, the war would've reduced compared to a global scale
@@HelmetOfHonorwow tell me you know absolutely nothing about this subject without telling me. If 🇷🇺 are so bad then why has so many countries joined them in the new system created??
@@HelmetOfHonor I would suggest Russia is being defensive, the US would never allow China or Russia to set up shop on our boarder period, we would be at war. Remember the Cuba crisis. We literally surrounded that island with a naval blockade. We pulled our nukes out of Turkey and the USSR pulled theirs out of Cuba. We still punish Cuba till this day with crippling sanctions. As far as WW2, the rise of ole Adolf came because the horrible treaty of Versailles created conditions in Germany of massive unemployment, poverty, and national guilt. As well as loosing territories to Poland. There is no comparison between WW2 and the ongoing conflict in Ukraine. Russia is in Ukraine because a western backed coup, a new government installed by Nuland hostile to Russia and the ethnic Russians in the Donbas. 8 years of civil war on their boarder during which time Ukraine was pumped full of weapons. Russia didn’t want a war, it’s only been 30 years since the fall of the USSR and after what they have had to do to recover economically. Another factor that is never talked about is the actions taken in Syria. The US had their ambitions of regime change squashed in Syria because Russia came to Syrias aid. This is just a geopolitical proxy war to weaken Russia economically so the US can try and preserve it’s hegemony. Unfortunately Ukraine is being used, sadly.
The Georgian Prime Minister said that the European Commissioner had intimidated him with an example of an assassination attempt on Fitze if Georgia did not enter the war with Russia.
