hiiiii I'm Bethany and I'm soooo glad you're here. Today, we are trying out something new: is it worth it? Today's video is in reference to Great Wolf Lodge, a family resort with indoor water park. We dive in to pros, cons, and cost breakdown. Finally, I answer some questions: was it worth it, would I go again, what do I wish I had done differently. I hope this video is helpful :).

You can access the waterpark as early as it opens on the day you check in (just can access you room until 4) and you can stay at the waterpark until close you just have to take your bags to your car at checkout!

Yes! That is one of the biggest pros! I wish we could have on our arrival day but our schedules wouldn’t allow.

I agree with the Check in process it took 30 MINUTES for them to get our room ready but they got it wrong we asked for one with a balcony and they gave us one WITHOUT a balcony and then they took AN HOUR for the next room a pro was they had Pepsi a con was we ordered nachos JUST NACHOS NOTHING ELSE and it them 45 MINUTES

Me and my family went last year we did a day pass and stayed at a hotel abour 5 mins away the hotel had a breakfast buffet but u can order off a menu u could watch the planes fly over for food we ate at a bbq restaurant and whataburger for a total 1200

What hotel did you stay at? How much did you pay for the day pass? How many days did you go to the lodge? Did you eat offsite mostly? I’m a mother of five trying to plan a vacation so I need help not making any mistakes🙏🏾

@@mamabear5478 we stayed at the Great Wolf in Grapevine for two nights. We ate on site, but I would highly recommend packing some groceries/eating some meals offsite as it was expensive and not the best quality.

I have a 39” kid and a 45” kid and they said that as long as you go with them they can ride all the slides. Any truth to that? I am just afraid my 39” kiddo can’t ride any slides?

Hummm, I’m not sure. According to the website, it seems like a 39” kid wouldn’t be able to do the tube slides. But there are smaller/medium slides they should be able to do without a tube.
