Adley Rutschman, Gunnar Henderson & Jackson Holliday….Orioles will be fun to watch this year. I’m literally looking at Oriole Park as I enjoy a card break for lunch.
Hey Jabs I just found a new product at Target. Its a 2022 Leaf Hall of Fame Cut Signature Edition for $40.99. Comes 1 slabbed cut signature card per box.
Well, we can't pull a golden ticket out of every box. Even though my box came up short, I love hearing my name on the best channel in the hobby. Thank you.
The 21st century Don West. Jabs knows who I'm talking about. You need to get your brother (for the Eddie Lewis) and yall do the old Shop at Home style show!
You’re absolutely right on the QUALITY control issues, however it does help make the Gem Mint 10 cards and even the PSA 9 to have a smaller population. It’s hard to find a really good player in Raw condition as well. A lot of the cards on eBay are with flaws.
Curious for those who frequently buy boxes of cards to open, what do you do with all of the base cards? Most are worthless, right? Does anyone still collect base cards or only numbered/relic/autos?
I put them back into the boxes they came from and it gives some weight to the box so you can build a wall of them . Also give my kids some to take to school .
As long as you are a subscriber you can bid on the auctions. You have to be able to use PayPal to send payments for cards you win. You do NOT need to be a Patreon member. He does set aside time where only channel members can bid.
I apologize for the incorrect info...I could have sworn I hear Jabs say to join on breaks... Patreon is required. On that site...you see the cost breakdowns, etc.
Not related to bowman draft, but I opened 2 mega boxes for Topps update chrome. And I got literally the same cards in both boxes… is this normal? I honestly feel like I just wasted $50 for duplicates
60 Minutes did a story on Panini and how they make sports cards just before the world cup. They are still using the same equipment that they used 50+ years ago. If you have wondered why QC hasn't improved, well, that's the reason.
