Maganda itong alternative na Airbnb kaso usually ang unit owner ay taga abroad. Mga relatives ko na taga probinsya, binobook namin sila sa Airbnb.

Hi, Smdc has no limitations on your condo. Pwede mo cia ipa long term or airbnb. SMDC has a property management, pls check FB page, SMDC Good Stays.
