VOID this jeweler!! I bought a wedding ring set to replace my real ring when I leave the country for business. I wore it once and within days I noticed a small stone on the side of my engagement ring went missing and days later I noticed a stone went missing from the band. When I returned from my trip I contacted the company in great detail and was asked to send pictures which I did. I received an email back saying after careful review they will replace my ring set only if I am willing to spend a $45 shipping fee. I don't understand such a shipping charge. They will NOT stand behind their warranty. Clearly, the ring is made poorly if the stones start falling out. I will not pay $45 when clearly shipping does not cost such a price when they ship items out for free. So they are not replacing it they just want me to repay their cost. I would have happily paid should I have felt that I misused the ring in order for the stones to fall out. VERY DISAPPOINTED
Ahh well i think you’ll be pleasantly surprised with their quality and products. They do offer a money back guarantee though! It’s worth the try I think!
