Ixia Guide: The New Marksman on Advance Server
In this video, I will be playing the new marksman on advance server, Ixia. I will be showing you her skills, her build, and how to play her effectively.
Ixia is a very powerful marksman with high damage output. However, she is also very squishy and easy to kill. This means that you need to be careful when playing her and make sure that you have good positioning.
In the video, I will be showing you how to play Ixia in a solo queue setting. I will also be giving you some tips and tricks on how to use her skills effectively.
If you are looking for a new marksman to play, Ixia is definitely worth considering. She is a very powerful hero with a lot of potential.

Hope she comes with the new talent system, even with the few left ones, she seems to be just fine to come with that and other new features. Then, we can say statistically she's been the first hero to come in the new talents arrival. [Edit]: This part -7:07- made me realise Ixia might be kind of a counter to vegeance, her heal makes that spell's reflected damage being nearly useless. So, healing reduction items are must-have against her.

@@jepjep6740 It's weird how they're fine with fighters and assassins as roamers, tanks as junglers, and mages in literally any lane in the map (an example would be Lunox gold, Valentina exp, Kadita/Valir roam, Yve mid, and Harith jungle), and yet you have marksmen which are only regarded to the gold lane, and sometimes as a jungler (but even then, you only have just 3-4 heroes which can, whilst if you try playing as a jungler for any other mm, you will be met with criticism)

I pretty much main her now. Absolutely love her. Her cc can push enemies away meanwhile her passive is awesome for lifesteal. Her ult is great for team fights. Ofc positioning is key, if you just run up ahead, you are dead xD

For now I think she's like somewhat like Wanwan balanced and potentially deadly for team fight teams but can be bursted down quickly if they can't farm quickly Though I'd still say Wanwan is stronger due to her ability to turn around teamfights with her ult invincibility

Wanwan is also stronger especially in competitive play like MPL and other tournaments due to her anti cc being super good and her dash invalidating the prolific slow effects. But, I do see Ixia being easier to pull off in the late game since she does have a huge range and AOE along with her passive being good for its early game healing.

She's a high-risk, high-reward hero. She has good damage output, but her lack of mobility in using her Ult makes her an easy target for burst type mages and assassins. She needs an S-tier tank/support teammate.

Franco will be a great pair since all he had to do is stay with her during ult. Follow up by Edith, Minotour, Khufra and Atlas(not sure about Atlas tho since he can only slow enemy and can stun with his 2nd skill)

I think she can be good in solo q in higher ranks if you have good tank players or in lower ranks when you can stall out the game to wait until she can destroy all enemies. She still have some weakness, limited mobility, ult cons and bad against high burst heroes. I think she can go for a hybrid build due that she areadly have great damage from her skills, has a passive lifesteal and her ult is almost insane in teamfights so brute force armor can help her survival and increase her mobility as well

Feels like she isnt really comparable with Layla, Layla's current strength is in her ability to hit and RUN with her faster animations. Ixia excels at finishing enemies that are either busy with her teammates or are starting to run away.

Cool and all Completely off topic but I think Hanabi should get a buff as the following and these buffs are totally reasonable cause she's a ninja and ml hasn't been able to make her useful and she can be easily killed by any1 Ultimate skill: When ult is successful casted on enemies she should be able to swap places with them at the maximum 2 times caz obviously she's a ninja and has no blink skills or much like sun's 2nd extra skill Skill 2,Soul scroll: When successful casted on enemies it leaves a mark and slows them down but it's useless most of the time so when the mark is still active the marked enemies physical defense must be lowered and her damage should be boosted when she attacks on the marked enemies Skill1: we often forget to press it and in the shield can also is pretty weak and the cooldown is unreasonably long making it hard to survive in ganks and so the skill 1 should be changed to a conceal thing that also grants her a shield that lasts forever unless it's destroyed caz the duration of the shield rn is so short but the cd is long

She's good for team fight which is good late game. I tend to notice players don't even go for all out team fights (like the mage and fighter might be missing) early game but late game they're all together as if they're glued. Edit: I do believe she's probably gonna be banned at least at the start while people learn how to counter her then she probably won't be banned that much.

In my personal thought, Ixia would be trash in official server coz she's an easy target for assasins and fighter like chou, martis and even sun can counter her attack easily and cc her while she's on her Ult doesn't stop her ult, that's a bit time consuming coz i know some player use to panic and didn't end their ult. But, for 1v1 side lane like mm vs mm, she's pretty good, even miya full build can't get her easily

She isn’t op, so I don’t think she is gonna get a nerf. Remember, she doesn’t have a dash or stun, there for she can easily get killed by high mobility heros. You can escape her ultimate with a dash or cancel it with a stun. Oh, and don’t forget that there are people who play too much that they can pretty much uno reverse wind-chant, immortality bullsh*t trick. but that’s rare to see, but still watch out for that sh*t.

Yeah i like ixia and she is my resent favorite but some players likes to solo and just imagin even though you're asking for backup no teammates helps you :). Ixia's ultimate attack is slow need improvement. Ixia can't fight alone and that's the only pb about her. I would like to give ixia 7 /10

Ixia's swingback time is her kryptonite. Extremely Teamfight oriented. If her positioning is even a little bit off then she will be caught off guard. High risk higher reward

though intimidating, at the end of the day she’s just another MM much like hanabi & layla. Her burst is nice but against mms with burst and a movement skill she’s almost 100% gonna be overpowered in the late game if she’s not fed enough, and another thing is that since she’s a mm she will be easily countered by burst heroes (arlott, eudora, karina, saber, etc) and could easily be killed in an instant with the lack of mobility. BUT THAT’S JUST A THEORY. A GAME THEORY

Immune to cc with that big range ultimate is probably unbalanced...yes she didn't have mobility skills like yve(1st skill) or pharsa(4th)...but remember her position during ultimate is at the back and not in the middle of the war just like odette for example...if people think that ixia is balance...then probably Odette still unbalance(weak) in this game
