I actually use the eraser on the tombow pencil and don’t use that kind of eraser on my other pencil because they have refills readily available everywhere. I never find one for my pentel pencils and I hate the rattling of leads inside once I remove the stubby eraser.

I don't use the eraser on mechanical pencils cuz they are mostly used to avoid lead breaking inside but this one is pretty clever! and looks like the eraser can be replaced too

I have some really cheap but really good mechanical pencils with a button on the side for extending, and an extendable eraser. It’s called the Paper Mate Clear Point 0.7 Mechanical Pencil. Don’t waste your money on these stationary, sometimes they won’t even come and the “company’s” scam you.
