Just called the biggest promoter in Indiana. He said "There are a ton of reasons we dont allow pics and videos. 1) People will try and make straw purchases. They will facetime their friend then buy the gun that person wants. 2) We dont want anyone filming children or trying to use the fact that a parent took their child to a gun show against them. 3) We have had liberals come in and take pics then try and get people fired from their jobs accusing them of being extremist. 4) We have a lot of police both on and off duty as well as undercovers. We dont want their pictures all over. 5) To be honest there are people on disability and come here to make a little extra cash. They will lose their disability if theyre seen working. 6) What if your wife didnt know you were at a gun show? Or you lied at work and said you were sick? Then the wrong person sees the video. Some may not be likely to happen, but theres no benefit to recording while the show is going on. If you want pics of your booth, take them before the show. Want to make a video? Do it after the show."

To anyone who has a clue it screamed MAKE ME A SILENCER! (No end cap hole, of course.) I almost broke out in laughter before I asked her for her ATF ID. Talk about entrapment….

Chris Kyle was not perfect, but if he was as bad as that guy made him out to be then why does his widow continue to champion him and his legacy to this day? Seals have this reputation for hating on guys who try and make a name for themselves based on their experiences in the teams, and while it originally comes from a good place, it can quickly turn pretty toxic (for example Mr. Ballen got reamed by the seal community after he got out).

I tried to listen to the anti hero podcast… I just don’t know what to think, one side is saying that they were the worst humans and the other side is endless glorifying. There is no middle truth ground. Almost reminds me of the Eddie Gallagher situation. I made an informed belief that his “team” screwed him and made him look bad. Gallagher did pose with a killed combatant, which I don’t care about but they flat out lied to try and make him a war criminal.

Rural England is magical and driving there is not hard. My first day overseas driving was from the Dublin airport to my downtown hotel, and adjusting to the wrong side of the road thing is way overblown, and no 9 lane roundabouts are not difficult. The sketchy shit came in western Ireland and England, Cornwall especially. I was "upgraded" to a monstrous Volkswagen taquan in Wales thinking oh sweet till i saw the size of that bitch, and the roads I'm on barely allow for the vehicle as they're so narrow and also happen to be completely lined by dense hedgerows with sheep popping out of them from time to time. Still, no issues with any accidents or tickets cause murica and we're the best at everything

I love what you guys said about the Chris Kyle and Jocko short. I find recently there is a growing community of channels that are based around tearing prominent figures down. It is disgusting SPECIFICALLY because they weren't there. It seems to all be hear-say. Why do people want to make a name for themselves by trying to destroy the name of others. The antihero podcast (which I haven't watched but assume this either is from or similar to) released episodes trying to ruin Marcus Luttrell and Robert O'Neil. Crazy crap...

Ive listened to the criticism of Jocko and some of it is just silly. Especially the criticism of doing daylight operations. Even a simpleton like me knows that if you pressire an enemy in a specific pattern, "only night ops" then they will adapt. Several other criticisms in that same vein. Its silly. If you have the assets, you use them. Whats ironic is the main critic, i may have missed it but i dont think he ever talks about the fact going to Iraq was a big mistake in general.

Lads I'm taking issue with your England comments. Literally every town now has 24 McDonalds, Starbucks and everything on edge of town retail parks, thanks to the American corporate takeover. Also if you just drove from Heathrow to Newport then hung around there while the wedding went on youre not seeing much of the good side of the country, and for pity's sake - Wales is not England! Come back again and have a drive round the Cotswolds, Herefordshire, Peak District etc, you'll change your mind.
