This season was so good and I loooved the ending. Also Ms Taylor Swift making a song appearance. One of my fav songs over Joe’s voiceover is just to good! And yes I’m so happy that T and M are alive because they were some of my favs haha. Noticed a few things that made Marienne his "perfect woman" (at least until he gets to know her better, per his patterns): His whole Mommy Issues story was that his Mom was an addict who was inconsistent and unstable. He ended up killing his abusive father to protect her. Then they could be together as a family, safe, and she would suddenly become stable without the Bad Man in her life, etc. Instead of "the nightmare being over" when he killed his dad, his mom freaks out, he goes into the system, his Mom moves on with her life without him, having a new family. Joe is repeating patterns to "right that wrong". Marienne (again, so far) appears to him as this beautiful, intelligent, book-loving Mother who is a recovering addict. The only thing wrong in her life is this abusive asshole who is keeping her from her daughter. To Joe, this woman/scenario is going to be 10x more attractive than Candice, Beck, or Love were. She is the first woman we have seen that is GRATEFUL that he fixed her life all by killing the bad guy (only because she doesn't know it was him). Remember how he went to stop her from falling off the wagon and he confessed about his childhood? Marienne told him, "Your mother was a bitch. I would never do anything like that-" "Because you are a good mother." When she expresses her gratitude that her ex is dead, confesses her love to Joe, and asks him to run away into the sunset with her... It couldn't have been written any better for Joe's kinks/trauma. It honestly makes me think that if someone were reaaally smart, they could hire a P.I. to trap Joe by posing as the perfect honeypot. Maybe Ellie can set it up in S4?

bro love and Joe were literally perfect for each other, she's the only girl who will fully know and understand him and she's dead. fuck I'm mad

im so sad love died. she was such a fan favorite. in fact, some people were hoping joe would die and the show would follow her from now on.

i don’t think love was hypocritical. even before she slept with Theo, he kept egging it on and kept trying to get with her even though she kept refusing. love even admitted that when the stranger payed her attention it felt good, but was upset bc she wanted it from her husband not a stranger. and also said that she felt guilty about it and that’s says a lot. and joe in the beginning of the show, we already know he wasn’t feeling love at all, and was having mixed feelings about her. he literally went into another woman’s house and stole her underwear, other items and made out with the neighbor. whether or not he didn’t have intercourse with her, he still chose to go ahead and do that. and then he proceeds to find another woman and cheat on love MORE times whilst lying to her face. love tried to fix their relationship from the beginning. she suggested couples therapy, taking personal advice from sherry, having a foursome, EVERYTHING. if anything joe was the hypocritical one since he looked at her a certain way for killing people when he did the same thing! yes we all know love is a psycho and kills people but we’re talking about relationship wise, joe is in the wrong here.

wow i just binged yalls whole reaction to this series and it was so much fun! honestly tho love was the real star of this season, i was really rooting for her. I had a good little cry when she died bc she just made things interesting and i just wasnt a huge fan of joe and marieanne. Love was also serving looks in every episode man she was just so stunning. i also feel like its complicated to just say love is hypocritical bc she was fighting for the relationship while joe was obsessing with anyone he could so theo filled that void joe left unfortunately
