You can put the one shots on single and play them across the keys without doing that and still have all of the effects, at the bottom of leap there is a switch 1 side says group, 1 side says single if you switch to single you can play across the keys, whatever the last sample from the kit that you pressed will go across the keys, and you have all of those fxs to work with
@@BoloDaProducer Bolo Bro, you not stumped , you bring so much more to this producer game, glad to be able to help you in any kind of way tha we can, we appreciate you Bro.
Wouldn't be surprised if that was the case. NI is infamous for discontinuing dope shit that they make and just continue to make more kontakt libraries.
Kontakt already seems to be the one-stop shop. About 75-80% of the bundle are kontakt instruments and samples. But we still need komplete kontrol to use all the other stuff like battery, massive, X, and a lot of the nks plugins. So I don't think kontakt will be replacing KK anytime soon.
If they make the switch hopefully they allow more flexibility in preferences like Komplete Kontrol. I use various outputs on my interface when using KK without a DAW.
I dont see why you need two almost identical products. Just make Kontakt do everything KK does, but it needs the keyboard integration. And btw, Kithara is only in the Collector´s edition
Definitely a replacement. They literally made NKS 2.0 with the intent of not needing the Komplete Kontrol. Developers make make their plugins interact directly with the newer keyboards
Hi Bolo What do you think about re-sampled sound vst such as -Ultimate stage Piano,Synthage and so on. Is that legal from your point of knowledge..? Thanks you
I have tried so hard to use Komplete Kontrol but it always gets some crazy bug after a month or so and is so slow. Currently if I load a 3rd party vst then close the plug-in window in Logic, the GUI is blank when I reopen it and doesn’t come back unless I change back and forth between presets on another instrument. I switched to Roland Galaxias. It’s way more stable and has 4 tracks, which is decent. I don’t think I am upgrading this time. I love Komplete but it just has caused too many problems and downtime. Roland Cloud has enough sounds now to be competitive enough. I don’t like the authorization, but Roland’s stuff hasn’t crashed on me at all in the time I’ve had it. I would also not hold your breath for updates. NI usually only updates bugs and creates more bugs in the process.
While I do like some of the stuff they have, I got out of the NI ecosystem years ago. Still have a Traktor S4 laying around, mainly cause it holds no value now like all those other controllers. MSRPd nearly $1,000. You can't sell it for $100 now. 😄 Learned my lesson, stick with actual synths and guitars.
My S series wont even light guide in Kontakt 8......not even default in all BLUE. But when I change sound in Maschine its back. So Kontakt is taking control of Kontrol Keyboard and Maschine as plug-in now. Bring KK plug-in in Maschine 3.0, Integrate Scale/Chord from Maschine, Smart Play from Komplete Kontrol, and Kontakt Keyboard Mapping...We Can All Cook!
Bolo do you know why Massive x doesn't act right in mpc software. All my native plugins work fine in mpc software but massive x seems like it's to much for it to handle. When I open it up in the mpc software it takes a long time to load the sound it just spins and buffers. It works fine outside the mpc software.
You’re not trippin. NI once again calls an incomplete release Komplete. If history tells us anything, the update to Maschine will have a new look, but fix no actual issues.
I don't see the point of keeping them separate. I don't even fully understand why someone would use KK over Kontakt, unless there's a big use case I'm just completely clueless about.
You cannot map the keyboards the same way or load 3rd party vsts in Kontakt. Using Komplete Kontrol, you can map a midi template on something like Roland Zenology and save all the midi mappings (or map with NKS and save that).
@@mjrisinsd6836 Ahhh ok, that makes sense. I use NI keyboards pretty much exclusively so it makes sense why I wouldn't have opened KK much! Thanks for the explanation!
KK just didn't use as much CPU in use, and SMART PLAY took "MASTER" over MASCHINE piano roll. Right playback, wrong MIDI depending on Light Guide. Hope Maschine 3.0 matches in piano roll and Smart Play. Jeff G noticed his KK Keyboard didnt follow Kontakt 8 or take "Master" like while in Maschine w Kontakt and KK Keyboard Guide in Maschine....using MK3 KK Keyboard, not in MIDI Mode. The S series discontinued, pushes SMART PLAY and KONTAKT not in MIDI mode. Im a test the Piano Roll input/recording using Kontakt 8 and S series see who takes control, and "SCALE" MIDI input into Maschine Piano Roll.
