There's a difference between calling someone a liar and saying you don't have to believe them if they have no proof. Ironically, Reddick put himself in a different category of male by dropping those gratuitous f-bombs at a prestigious event, essentially making her accusation slightly more palpable. If he would've been starched, pressed, and proper for the occasion, I would be more inclined to dismiss her out of hand.

I have never heard a white dude use the word towards a black person in my 55 years on this planet. I am from the South and live in a southern city where there are as many blacks as whites. I am over 10 years older than JJ. We did not use the word and would not rap along with Snoop in public. Now while cleaning the house by myself with The Chronic blasking on the stereo back in '92, I would rap word for word with the songs. But even back then i would never rap with Snoop in public. I get where Jason's coming from and Shamika but to an extent I disagree. The woman potentially is making something up or exaggerating a situation that occurred between him and her back when they were in college. There is another incident that speculative that happened with one of his ex-girlfriend's. but what stands out to me the most is when JJ on recording referred to Chinese basketball fans for Chinese New Year with the racial slur for Chinese people. He actually did that. Shamika's at least 9 years older than me and even though she grew up poor she must not have experienced the same thing that I experienced. Jason to an extent I get what he means he only heard it in fighting situations and as the person trying to get a rise out of the black person. I've seen a few situations like that but as an 80's baby I've been called the N word in the derogatory sense A couple of times as a juvenile and adult. It's not like I think about it or care about it, you're not going to see me remember someone's name and run to social media to bring it up 20 years later. None of those times led to violence except for one incident that could have. The only time it got almost violent was and my mid 20s which was the funniest because it felt like both an episode of Jerry Springer and Curb Your Enthusiasm. Two completely different types of shows at the same time. There was I guess a meth head white guy that was my friends downstairs neighbor, he must have been tripping out on drugs and kept hearing things thinking we were making noise Even though we were just sitting in silence. He kept screaming from downstairs and I later see him pacing back and forth around my friend's car. From that point it turned into a standoff. He was trying to lure us to come down the stairs because how the stairs were positioned it would give him the advantage to hit one of us with the metal bat and we were trying to lure him to come up the stairs so we can kick the crap out of him. My friend was getting prepared to activate his Second Amendment right if you know what I mean. It was so comical how the guy called me an N word and My friend the S word even though he wasn't Hispanic. B the time the police showed up, the guy hid in his apartment, and nothing happened. The next day when I checked up on my friend, we could hear that skinny guy aggressively lifting weights growling and groaning like he was preparing for a life-or-death battle. We bust out laughing, if he's going to be okay It's safe for his ex to drop his kids off. My friend said you was okay and that he's More than prepared to shoot the guy but a week later somehow, they completely worked their differences.

What if he did? That word doesn’t have the same impact as it used to. Every rap song says it.

I don’t like it accusations being made from decades ago but I noticed when it happens to a black man or someone the rage mob doesn’t like accusations from 20-30 years when a group of accusers systematically all comes out at the same time bc there is new award, reward , or promotion on the horizon no one bats an eye . They pick and choose keep the same energy.
