Is Lotus Of Siam The BEST Thai Restaurant In LAS VEGAS? (MUST WATCH!)

Trying Lotus of Siam Northern Style Thai Cuisine In Las Vegas! This Las Vegas restaurant is said to have some of the best Thai food in Las Vegas, and even America, so we were very excited to try it. Even Anthony Bourdain has paid Lotus of Siam a visit personally. We were lucky enough to interview Chef Saipin's daughter Sabrina as well for some extra insight on the restaurant.
This notable dishes we tried on The Lotus of Siam menu includes khao soi (coconut curry noodle soup) w/ crispy duck , nam kao tod (crispy rice with sour sausage), deep fried back ribs, jack fruit salad and other authentic northern Thai foods.

I ate at the Lotus of Siam on Sahara. Our favorite dishes were Khao Soi and Garlic Prawns. I would definitely get both again. It is my favorite Thai restaurant in Vegas!

Hey Dan. We had our food tour yesterday. we actually had Carbone which was prolly the best.. wicked spoon wasnt as memorable as before. Luke lobster was good. Thanks for the suggestions! eating at tableau now.

We never miss going to Lotus of Siam every time we fly in, usually visit 2-3 times with each visit. Best Thai food ever, our favorite is the Spicy Thai Beef Salad. The broth with the Beef noodle and the wonton soup is to die for. The only bad thing about Lotus is that when you fly in, you can't really take a lot home with you on the plane. We tried taking the beef noodle soup home with us, but TSA took our container due to the liquid from the soup - I have a feeling they just want to eat it themselves.

I love duck. Gotta try that duck noodle dish now. Whenever I eat Thai I always eat the same ole stuff. Pad Thai, evil jungle prince, stufffed chicken wings, papaya salad. I've never ventured out my comfort zone. I'll do so next time. Hopefully you can try some of the Chinese places along Spring Mountain. =)
