Is Lowell the most haunted city in Massachusetts? 

St Joseph’s hall the abandon place near Decatur Way that place is actually haunted, me and my friends went in there and experienced some paranormal crap….But unfortunately as of this year they gutted out the whole place and locked it back up again

I have never seen anything.
