90% new animes are fan service while I am not gonna deny manhwas have fan service but you low key hating when you say they don't have good stories when there are pieces like sss class suicidal hunter, ORV etc.
It kinda helps that some anime are adapted so shittily that when watchers complain simps respond with "according to the manga/LN/WN/WC..." and some who haven't reached the point of giving up on the title completely turn to those other sources... 😜🤣
As a Manhwa reader let me tell you something. There are at most 10-15 amazing Manhwas and rest all are just copy of the same concept over and over again.
@@notzaejohexactly. Well said. When someone starts reading manhwa for the first time they are amazed at how good that is, but with how time goes by they start to feel as if the story or plot are 95% same and new characters. Whereas in anime or manga we pretty much get some new concept every few month. Like for example- Chainsaw man, Oshi no ko, Kaiju No. 8, Wind breaker, Blue lock, etc. The core concept, plot and characters differ from the older counterparts. ❤
Tbh.. I can't point any difference in them.. there's also a lot of good manga. But what attracts me reading manhwa is Color. Not all manga give colors. And when the Anime drops they eventually decide to change the color, like wtf!?
I feel like another thing that happens as well is with manga sometimes people will picture characters looking a certain way, then when it’s not like that in animes it turns people off
Honestly, i feel like a lot of the success of manhwa is cause of solo leveling. It was one of the first of the "gates to another world" type, and its whole premise is pretty cool, so its rapid growth helped bring attention to other manhwa.
I... Think the same of manhwa? I mean some tropes are just as repetitive as some manga tropes. But fpr aomeone who'a tired of manga, yeah manhwa is a change of pace
It's the korean version of manga, instead of being black and white, manwhas are colored. I recommend reading Tower Of God if you want to start getting into manwhas.
