Is Marvel Rivals the Overwatch Killer? 

I can already feel the predatory monetization scheme of this game.

The main problem with this game against OW2 is the requirements, like godamn, you need a severely better computer to run this one. (But maybe this is only a problem for me and my lads here in Brazil xD)

They had such great opportunities to make it actually look good visually and fluid, but it just looks so dull?

Personally given that its a marvel superhero game I think the audience its going to appeal to is going to be a lot smaller, therefor it is not going to be an overwatch killer at all. Besides this game will not have mei's heavenly thighs therefor L game.

This game might be overwatch's savoir tbh because know ow would have a competitor. Let's be real paladins and tf2 aren't threatening ow but this game might. So blizzard might actually shaped up to compete and we get a better ow. Economics 101 tbh

The maps look insanely bland and the game overall looks like has less depth; the bar was already low with Overwatch. I seriously doubt this game will last a year, let alone kill Overwatch.

The music at the end was fire by the way.

I seriously doubt this is going to be an Overwatch killer. I've seen games come and either die or stick around forming their own niche, with people boasting their titles as 'TF2 killers'. Battleborn, Loadout, ETC. Even Overwatch couldn't kill TF2. In all reality, VALVe's lack of commitment and consistency to bug fixes, and the influx of bots, hackers, and everything else is killing TF2. KillING, but not killed, not yet, and not for a while. The only thing that will really kill Overwatch... Is Blizzard Entertainment. We really need to stop making and/or designating "[BLANK] killer" games, and we need to go back to making honest-to-jimmy-krimah GOOD GAMES. Enjoy them for what they offer. Yes, comparisons will inevitably be made to other projects, but I'm sure people will find ways to make the games they play unique for themselves, one way or another.

I think one of the only good thing about this the Ultimate/Skill Combo between the heroes

On this point overwatch is an overwatch killer and I'm a kind of tired of overwatch so Marvel rivals seems to come on a good time at least for me and if they do lots of characters a Marvel has a lot so they can do a lot I'm all for it I'm going to give it a big shot
