Maharastra always closed, Even MP make student fool they allow registration to other state collect money but never offer seats in counselling to other state candidate, Rajasthan is now made closed one from 2017 in private MBBS for dental it is open

I think you are very teenage to understand the quality at this stage...your mind accept abroad admission easily bcz 1. Easy to take admission without any competetion 2. Fees in India is high and most of you are always targeted as low fees of abroad. 3. Mbbs Abroad is always by force never by choice either it is competition or high fees.

Below 30 lac budget i don't think their is any private college, and if you belongs to reserved category you have opportunity to get seats in India, for GE you will have to increase your budget up to 50 lac minimum at this score
