What am i doing now? How am i speaking now ? How am i thinking about in this moment ? Yes, this is really useful for consciousness ...and not so easy...

Sometimes people say something and i don't know how to respond. but instead of saying "yeh i don't know how to respond to that", i panic and my mind scrambles to come up with the 'correct' thing to say. the idea of being honest in that moment and saying "i don't know what to say to that" terrifies me.

As someone who has meditated in the past for 20 min everyday for years. I can say it becomes a waste of time after a while. Not because meditation is bad but ive found other ways to achieve the same result thru just living in the moment.

E' curioso però che si fa chiamare Khandro Rinpoche ..khandro-ma è Dakini! E' uno spirito femminile... Cmq sia il problema sussiste non solo perché un termine viene interpretato in diverse forme sia concettuali che culturali, anche filosofiche, ma anche perché il Buddismo, lo stesso Dalai Lama ne parla in maniera poco chiara di cos'è una Dakini! Una Dakini è come un carro...Nell'insieme sembra un carro, ma poi a ben vedere è formato da molti elementi, se ne prendi uno puoi dire che lo stesso è il carro? NO. Dunque Dakini è un essere del Samsara, non propriamente bello, nemmeno per quello che mangia...Come esistono i saggi nell'umanità, esistono le Dakini Illuminate o le cosiddette Muse... Esistono nel Samsara e possono aiutare, ma anche tormentare dipende...Per loro il bene e il male non esiste. Una Dakini è vista anche come una Ninfa...dell'antico mondo greco-romano. E' vista anche come uno Spirito degli Elementi, non sono Dakini quelle che presiedono i chakra Bija? Sì... Ma esistono tali fenomeni? No, esistono nel proprio mandala, ma sono vuoti. Dunque nella loro relativa esistenza le dakini esistono, ma una mente illuminata conosce che anche la Dakini è della forma del Vuoto della sua Coscienza... Ecco perché non è importante cos'è una Dakini, ma è Chi Comprende veramente la sua Essenza che fa la differenza!
