Prescott Lamb and Parsons have already shown that they can't win the important games. Pressure is too much for them. Don't pay them or you are stuck with this for the next years. There is a good chance the Cowboys don't even make the playoffs.

That's part of the problem 😂. Micah is too talented of a player to continue to be a non factor in the run game and fall off every year the last 8-9 games of the season. The guy is immature and needs a disciplinarian at DC to push him. If the guy played for Parcells, Belichick, or Cowher he'd be the best defensive player in the league.

Way back in the Landry era, multiple players had their own radio shows (70s-early 80s). Same was true of the 90s Cowboys. They had all the distractions and still routinely went to super bowls and championship games. Why, because they were better. Mentally tougher.
We should trade Micah for high Draft Picks, like a 1st, 2nd, 3rd, etc. He’s the only player we could use to Draft a new QB, a RB, WR, DT, etc. He has no reason to hold out since his contract doesn’t expire for two more years.
