Your hair looks beautiful. I’m older and remember when they were created. Back in the day before they had so many different products on their line, they had 2 main products (curling products), coily custard (purple jar) and the curly meringue (yellow jar). The coily custard was marketed and in my experience worked well for type 4 hair whereas the meringue worked well for type 3 hair. Then the natural hair moment came in and they were creating more products. I think that is when the change happened. Or maybe the representation change happened after the sister passed away. But I just wanted to let you know that they did represent multiple textures in the beginning.

I just wanted to say, whenever that happens to me (length/fullness/elasticity issues etc), I do a protein treatment OR a bentonite clay mask-depending on if I need a detox or a protein boost. Usually that snaps my hair back in line. We have similar hair and I just snagged that honey gelee yesterday coincidentally too!
Omg...i thought i was the only one feeling that way. Buy the products & don't feel uts good for my 4b/4c hair type. Their page seems to be for 3 hair types. Thank you
Yes, I'd like to see the custard review/demo. I want some products that can give softness and shine with definition. Its hard to find a single product that does all that in one go.
