i love those mikuni slide carbs. they work great on the small single cylinder predator engines. i get my minibike up to 60 with the current gearing. but loads of torque.
i have the lifan kp mini ,im running a kp exhaust ,a 28mm tmx flat slide with a 12.5 pilot and a 105 main needle clip all the way at top ,drilled out airbox and it does a honest 70 ,bout to swap rear sproket to a 35
I have this same condor and color "mine has the condor and rps logos". I've maxed out speed at 60mph gps verified but it gets up there really fast and its a fun bike. @700 miles, slip on muffler, nibbi pwk26 carb & air filter, 17t front sprocket, fender delete, strolling signals, handle bar mirrors and blue handle grips.
This was awesome guys!! ❤def wanna see more mini bike mods!!!! I been wanting to pickup a cheap Chinese bike or atv. I’ve had my fair share of frustration with carbs too so don’t feel bad at all lol. I’m def an efi guy for sure. My dads luckily a carb guru lol he tuned the ffffff out my bikes I use to have and when I did a carb/jet kit + exhaust and intake it made a huuuuuge difference Best thing if you want more mph is get a diff sprocket set to play around with and also try to make sure your tires are inflated well enough for the extra weight too so you don’t have as much rolling resistance. Prob the other things I’d do is a better spark plug and coil. Be sure you also change your oil and use a good quality filter don’t cheap out on that part.

Depends which neon, the white one is gone but we made a video about that already. The blue one is broke. The Caravan is the only "neon" related content there will be on the Channel for the foreseeable future.
The 125 isn't made to go that fast. Usually a 150 tops out at 65. Those 125ers also have motor mount problems, and from hearing the suspension and exhaust suck, where as the 150's stock exhaust tone is decent. From doing 125s, they can keep up with traffic up to 50mph, however are pretty slow after 45-50. A 150 should be the ideal size for anything not highway.
Here for the panther platform content, but get blessed with y'all on the minibikes!! I'd love to see a big twin on the channel, with a supercharger or turbo?! Riding slow bikes fast is always more fun!
Now listen... That TNT can get some expensive custom work like what a guy named "Mike Davis" is doing and get that CSC 450 motor swapped into it. The RPS condor has a really neat swap potential with the Zongshen 250 or 300 and 6 speed transmission that is almost plug and play. Significantly less expensive than the TNT/CSC swap and almost as fast. Y'all should look into those options for them bikes.

That's the thing with anything, mess around till you find out, it'll either be, good, bad or mediocre lol. Now i need to get my Ct90 out of mothballs and get working on it.
Why not just install a 250cc engine instead? Those engines aren't made for much more power and you'll just burn it out a lot faster? Other than that, love you guy's video's, thought this one was a little old now.

Oh yea, another trick to try, make a flywheel woodruff key that advances the timing or slot the pickup. I’ve been messing with small bore carburated engines for the last 20yrs
@@proelitjump1355 They are mini motorcycles, but traditional "minibike" is something with just the essentials to ride it. Frame, engine, wheels, brakes. That's all a "minibike" usually is. Once you throw a wiring harness on there it surpasses a minibike.
