He is basically Spike with a different super, and I don't know why his reload speed is normal while Spike's is slow. They almost do the same damage.

Moe is just S Tier because only good on close maps and he has weaknesses such as long-range brawlers and having difficulty opening maps. The good thing is he can counter throwers because of his super.

If you auto-aim a brawler within Moe's super range, Moe will stop on the brawler. Kill him and immediately pop out of super and use your main attack to get your next super. That's how you'll cycle.

In Cori's push he often used Moe's super just to close in and immediately left the drill machine to replenish ammo, or in brawl ball used the dash and the remaining super charge to score a goal

Moe is THE auto aim brawler, auto aiming super makes you stop early on the nearest enemy instead of the peak of your range, and auto-aiming your drill mode literally is the way to use it offensively, it’s insane

I think Moe's super form is underwhelming and he recharges his attacks when he gets out of his super form. But he's very strong in Brawl Ball because his super is a dash with a knockback, a speed boost and a free super to get out of the super form.
